Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this spacious 5BR cabin has plenty of area to stay entertained. Just a short drive to downtown, parks, hiking areas, and activities.

This space sleeps up to 16 people and features 8 beds, 3 back porch levels, a hot tub, board games, a feature wall, a firepit, outdoor dining areas, 2 outdoor fireplaces, an indoor gas fireplace, and fast WiFi.

The cabin is located in the Coosawattee River Resort with optional add-on resort amenities.

I enjoyed working with Christian. He was very helpful and informative. The home was beautiful and in a beautiful area. The surroundings were stunning. May be in need of some new beds, mattresses were a little rough.

Family vacation

We stayed here for our family Vacation. 16 of us house was well equipped for cooking. The house had plenty of room for everyone. Spending many nights watching the many deer from the balcony, playing cards watching movies. The deer that are everywhere throughout the community and the back side of the house was amazing. Tubing down the river that was in the community. The pool was great. So much to with in the community.I would recommend this house. The host was very responsive.

Great Cabin in a central location

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The layout was great for our family to give everyone some separate space and together space. We enjoyed the many fireplaces and the hot tub. The resort is nice with many common park areas to visit and fish. The host was very responsive and check in/out was very easy. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. We would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was amazing. Fenced in yard was perfect for or 2 dogs. The porches on each story were fantastic for sitting out on at night. The extra lighting outside was beautiful. Would highly recommend this place.

The pictures you see of the home are very nice. The problem when you arrive is the following: make sure you document with the host during your stay. The host notified us that the leak going through the vent downstairs was something that happened before. Why wasn’t it fixed? Also, I did note that the place was cleaned but things like shoes and jacket were left in places that should have been cleaned. Like a previous renter made comments in a review the items like Chairs in dining room are in terrible shape, the dishwasher was not working properly, the hot tub cover is all broken up and very hard to move back, the bed mattresses in main bedroom need replacing. The fireplace pilot light outdoors was faulty on the main level, the door handle on the bottom floor fell off and was not put on properly, the kitchen cabinet door hinge is not properly fixed. The host was responsive with answers but never knew if the items have been corrected obviously. We were there to enjoy our selves with our children and grand children for our 59th wedding anniversary. The hosts response when I sent this list was I didn’t notify him while staying there. I did it when I was checking out is what I thought was the way to handle. I wasn’t there to sit and talk to the host about all these issues.

Christmas getaway

The location was peaceful, the road to it was a rollercoaster but a nice road. There are deer everywhere around there. There are many updates that are needed to the house. The oven door fell apart during our stay. (As did the drawer that's at the bottom of the oven)I believe a screw came off but we couldn't find it. There are water stains on the ceiling in the one bedroom in the basement. In the same same bedroom there is a risk of cutting your feet if you're in bare feet. The wood planks are loose because the wooden floor was layer on top of the carpet. That was interesting. We had to fill the propane take to use to blacstone grill. The hinge for the corner cabinet in the kitchen needs fixed. The recliner up in the loft, is broken. It's difficult to get out of it. The hot tub was fantastic. The deck space was ample. We would have used them more if the we were there during the warmer weather. I don't think I would stay here again. TheKitchenware (pots and pans) need updated. One of the handles on the frying pan had to be fixed because it fell off while using it.
