Our Home was originally built in 1925 and has been meticulously restored.

Kitchen has a 48" natural gas Thermador stove, 2 full size Sub-Zero refrigerators (4 freezer drawers), 2 extra quiet dishwashers, microwave and all of the usual small appliances (Keurig, toaster, regular coffee maker, coffee bean grinder and blender). Kitchen has an 8-person table, Large TV and a seating area around the Natural Gas Fireplace. Kitchen has French Doors opening onto the Lanai and Pool area. There is a Library with 2 sofas and a Large TV off of the kitchen as well.

Home has a "Stunning Great Room" with a stately fireplace, TV, large sofa, multiple comfortable chairs and a dining table large enough for 12. Ceiling height in room is over 12 feet.

There is also an upstairs Game Room with a Pool/Billiards table, Large TV, fireplace, and 2 large sofas.

The home Boasts 2 Primary Suites, with one on the first level, and the other on the second level. Bath in first level Primary Suite has 6 shower heads and a steamer as well. The first level Primary also has a natural gas Fireplace and a Large TV.

All 5 bedrooms have their own full baths, and 4 of the 5 are equipped with King Sized Beds and the 5th has a Double bed.

This Magnificent Home located 5 minutes to Downtown St. Petersburg and all of the restaurants along Beach Drive, Dali Museum and Waterfront Parks, plus the new Pier that has its own Sandy Beach.

We are less than 8 minutes to Rays Professional Baseball games, approximately 20 minutes away from the area’s Nationally Rated Gulf Beaches and approximately 25 minutes to TIA (Tampa International Airport). We are a bit closer to St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport. For those of you flying private, Albert Whitted Airport is adjacent to downtown St. Petersburg.

All televisions are equipped with Apple TV's.

This secluded Luxurious Home is perfect for small events up to 25 people like wedding showers, baby showers or even a special occasion dinner party.

Boating Excursion can be pre-arranged with "Mr. Joe" to take you to the nearby Island’s with White Sandy Beaches and Caribbean colored water for an added fee.

Catering with Chef Frank can be arranged should you prefer to have meals provided. We would connect you directly with Chef Frank to work out the details.

Babysitter can be pre-arranged for an added hourly fee of $25.
