Kitchen has an 8-person table, Large TV and a seating area around the Natural Gas Fireplace. Kitchen has French Doors opening onto the Lanai and Pool area. There is a Library with 2 sofas and a Large TV off of the kitchen as well.

Home has a "Stunning Great Room" with a stately fireplace, TV, large sofa, multiple comfortable chairs and a dining table large enough for 12. Ceiling height in room is over 14 feet.

The home Boasts 2 Primary Suites, with one on the first level, and the other on the second level. Bath in first level Primary Suite has 6 shower heads and a steamer as well. The first level Primary also has a natural gas Fireplace and a Large TV.

We are approximately 10 blocks to Vinoy Park for concerts and art shows. We are less than 8 minutes to Tampa Bay Rays Baseball Stadium, approximately 20 minutes away from the area’s Nationally Rated Gulf Beaches and approximately 25 minutes to TIA (Tampa International Airport).
