Elevate pet friendly cottage, short stroll to beach. Community Pool access

This elevated pet friendly cottage is the closest Beachside home to pool and tennis court and still just a short stroll to the community beach access path and just a few minutes walk to shopping and dining. The living room and dining room combo are open and spacious and there is plenty of natural light. Wireless internet, but no cable service. Smart TV's in all rooms for access to favorite apps. Covered parking for two. 1500 Sq Ft. No Smoking. Pet Friendly. $200 non-refundable pet fee

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedding was dirty upon arrival we had to strip the beds and wash the sheets, the looked like they were never changed. We had a towel that was folded up that definitely was not clean. There was wrappers under the bed. The furniture definitely needs to be updated /replaced. The kitchen also needed to be cleaned better.

Its proximity to the beach, town restaurants, and shops was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet, and the surroundings were enjoyable. The only complaint I have is that the pillows in all the bedrooms need to be replaced; doing so would make the house even more comfortable.

What a wonderful stay in a nice private neighborhood

Super convenient walk (less than 3 minutes) to the beach through a quiet private neighborhood. Wonderful beach with a very nice sand bar during low tide, which makes for a great section of ocean appropriate for very young children! High tide brings the thrills of a stronger wave experience for older kids and adults! Our property was well maintained and perfect for a family of four (2 kids) and my mother in law! Very comfy, clean, and well stocked kitchen. Grocery store, butcher, fish market, and liquor store all within walking distance! Literally a three minute walk to all of these. Community pool and tennis courts are next door to this house. Less than a 1 min walk.

There are three great size bedrooms, the living room is quite large and a beautiful screened in porch. This house is very well equipped in the kitchen. Any issues that came up or quickly and courteously addressed.

Love this neighborhood

This is our second time staying in this neighborhood, and we always love this location. 6 Beachside Drive was great. It was clean, located next to the pool (which we love), and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Can’t wait until our next trip!

Some of the mattress are on their last legs, but were not terrible. Love the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Kitchen is okay but sink faucet needs work.

Great house, fabulous location. Only complaint is that the main tv needs to be updated. Could only watch a couple streming services on it.

Wonderful place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed four days in January and this house was perfect. The location is great and neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Short walk to a great coffee shop and about 20 mins to Charleston. We would definitely stay there again.

Great accommodations!

We stayed here during Christmas weekend. The house was just as depicted! Had a little more wear and tear than expected but was fine for our family. My only complaint was that a freeze was expected and I was texted multiple times from the management company with an emergency 24 hour number in case of emergency. Our heat did not work and I continously called the emergency number which just disconnected the call everytime. It was very frustrating and we had no heat all night and the next morning when it was 15 degrees out. They eventually corrected the phone issues and they were able to get the heat repaired the next day. I'm not sure that I would stay in a property again with this management company.
