Gardenview - Recently built, this spacious apartment is in a quiet country setting, less than 10 minutes from All Star Village. Guests have their own private deck, which looks out over the owner’s bountiful perennial gardens, a pond stocked with trout and catfish and the hills beyond. The apartment has an open floor plan; it is tastefully decorated with original art.

Guests are invited to visit the owner’s printmaking studio in another building on the property; he specializes in lithography.

This apartment is wheelchair accessible. The apartment has a private entrance. Your hosts live in the main part of the home, but will give you total privacy. They are nearby if you need assistance.

Serenity at its finest

Very clean....Very beautiful....much needed change a pace after long hot days at the field. The hosts could not be more helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this very relaxing gem far enough away from the hustle a bustle of the tournament. But less than a 10 min drive to the complex.

Peaceful Getaway Close to Cooperstown All Star Village

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable—truly a home away from home. The owners were fantastic, communicating clearly and promptly both before and during our visit, which made everything seamless. The setting was peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing after long days at the baseball fields. I looked forward to morning coffee on the private deck while taking in the landscape and fresh air. The fishing pond in the back was a special treat that my boys enjoyed. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway—highly recommend!

Wonderful

Gardenview is located 10 mins from All Star Village and it's a nice relaxing drive to and from the house. The property was clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a week of baseball. Karen (host) is friendly and accommodating, she is communicative and responds promptly to all communications. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay!

Pleasant experience even before we arrived. Karen is very communicative and responds promptly to all communications. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. Not only is the rental clean and quiet but had everything we needed for our one week stay while our son was playing in Cooperstown! Super convenient as well, easy 10-15 min drive to All Star Village as well as stores and restaurants. Backyard blew us away. Beautiful gorgeous view with pond! Best stay ever! Thank you Karen!! What a hospitable host!

Gorgeous Gardenview

The Gardenview was the perfect place for our All Star Village stay. It was super clean, and fully stocked. Karen and Tim even left cold bottles of water for us. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. Chairs, cushions, fishing rods, you name it! Beds were comfy. Everything is updated and spotless- not a speck of dust! It was quiet and peaceful- definitely needed after our long days at All Star Village. The hosts were so kind and friendly, I really felt at home. I wish we had booked a few extra days after the tournament to just sit on the deck and relax while looking out at the pond and beautiful flowers. I HIGHLY recommend Gardenview for your stay.
