We offer the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation and comfort. We are adjacent to the beach (just steps to the sand), around the corner from Hollywood Beach Cafe (a local favorite), and walking distance to Channel Islands Harbor. When you are here, serenity will find you. . . .

ā€¢ Luxurious Tuscan-Style Accommodations. High ceilings greet you on the open concept main-levelā€”ideal for socializing. A farmhouse door facing the beach adds to the calm and airy feel.

ā€¢ Dining with Family and Friends. Savor your meals in the dining room with seating for ten (eight at the table plus two nearby barstoolsā€”or use our folding chairs in the garage if needed).

ā€¢ Two Sundecks with Water Views. The first sundeck, located on the front of the house off the primary suite, offers beautiful views of the ocean and Channel Islands. The sunset views from this deck are not to be missed! Enjoy harbor views and afternoon shade on the second deck, accessible from the back patio or primary suite.

ā€¢ Games, Movies and Fun by the Easy-to-Use Fireplace. After the sun sets, you can cozy up on the comfy couch near the remote-operated fireplace for movie night, board games, karaoke or charadesā€”perfect for warming up and winding down after a day at the beach.

Sleeping arrangements? We have five bedrooms and three bathrooms arranged perfectly for seclusion and quiet when needed:

ā€¢ Private Two-Bedroom Suite. The first floor is a home unto its own. Two bedrooms (both with queens) plus a nicely-appointed full bathroom, a roomy common area (with electric fireplace and streaming-enabled TV), and a kitchenette (with bar seating and all the amenities).

ā€¢ Main Floor Bedrooms. Down the hall from the kitchen are two more bedrooms (both with queens) plus a spacious bathroom with a peaceful walk-in shower (floor to ceiling glass), large vanity, and tons of counter space.

ā€¢ Tranquil Primary Suite. The amazing top floor primary suite has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, streaming-enabled TV, dedicated AC unit, and direct access to both sundecks. A true retreat from it all . . . .

Best Family Reunion Spot

We had a great time reconnecting with our sonā€™s family who live in California. There was plenty of bedrooms for quiet time and he era t space for hanging out together. The views were amazing. I could even hear the waves from my open bedroom window. Weā€™ll be back!

We enjoyed the house but wasnā€™t as luxurious as the photos & reviews make it seem. Ground floor and main room couch have musty smell. Salt shaker in kitchen was empty and main floor bathroom had few supplies (bath towels and toilet paper). Needs a bit of a deep clean and refresh. Not bad but not amazing.

Great Location

Great place by the Ocean with plenty of room and toys to bring to the beach. Had an issue with a screen in one of the rooms, and the management company took care of it within hours! Highly recommend.

Amazing home!

I took my three boys on a family vacation and this location was perfect. The house was incredible and the communication by the property management was wonderful. The weather was a little chillier than weā€™d hoped but overall weā€™d come back in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend this amazing property!

Spectacular location

Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Common areas plenty big for all to be seated together. 75 yard walk and you are now standing on sand and fully know why you picked this locationā€¦.white sand everywhere, Channel Islands right in front of you and the Pacific Ocean awaiting you!

Nice house close to the beach.

This was an excellent house one row of houses from Hollywood Beach. Dining was within walking distance. The management was easy to work with. Check in was a breeze.The home was well appointed with a kitchen and convenient bathrooms. The balconies were very nice. The house is not on the beach, but the beach is as close as you can get without being right on it.The main living area and kitchen was on the second floor of a 3 story home. There was a lot of stair climbing, which was not a problem for us, but could be for anyone who has a problem climbing stairs.The eight of us loved our stay.

Beautiful home and location

We were a group of 8 friends who love to craft. We were very comfortable in this lovely home and enjoyed being so close to the beach. The ice maker wasnā€™t working but we were able to make ice and buy ice locally. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Highly recommend this property.
