Oxnard was great, and we were close to the harbor, restaurants and everything we wanted. We took fun day trips to Ojai, Santa Barbara, Solvang, Ventura...It was a great time for family!

The inside of the house was comfortable and spacious. the kitchen had all the appliances you might need. The kids loved being right on the beach and spent all of their time there. REMAX was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We had a good time in spite of rain. The grandchildren loved being able to walk right onto the sand.It is a house built in 1981 so it does show its age. Very clean. The kitchen needs more silverware. And if you are a cook bring your own knives.Over a good experience.

I have rented homes all over the world, and this house felt like home soon after we arrived. It has so many amenities and made for a beautiful vacation location. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The linens were very nice and the towels, including the beach towels were great! Kitchen is very nice and well stocked. We will definitely stay again!

Had a great time!

This property was wonderful. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Being steps away from the beach with a three year old made it easy to enjoy the beach and the house each day. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Wish we could stay forever

What an amazing place to stay with my family. Beach access and views from the windows was wonderful! I saw some complaints about distance to water but it wasnā€™t as bad as they made it seem. Plenty of space for 3 couples and a couple young adults. Everything is well marked and plenty of towels (including beach towels) are available. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean house on the beach

Lovely beach house

Amazing location

The house is located in an amazing area, right on the sand with the water about 25 miles out. There was a volleyball net nearby which was tons of fun! The furniture in the house was a bit worn out but I guess the price adjusts for thay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home takes your breath away as soon as you get to the top of the stairs. It actually brought tears to my eyes because in addition to the view, the management company had put up a beautiful Christmas tree(we were arriving on December 15 to celebrate my 70th birthday.) This home is SO warm and welcoming. Its coastal decor is delightful. All of the bedrooms had wonderful beds with very comfortable foam pillow toppers. The dining room table was large enough for all six of us to play family games and also enjoy delicious dinners while watching the sunset! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There is a charcoal barbecue available, which we put a good use. The sand is literally at your doorstep and the walk to the water was actually very close. We saw dolphins and seals frolicking in the water as well as seagulls dancing in the ocean breeze. The Terra cotta floor tiles made for easy cleanup of sand that was brought in from our walks. I could go on and on about how wonderful and ā€œbeach cozyā€ this home was, but I think I can finish by saying that all of us went through withdrawals after leaving this home and we all hope to be back to visit it again next year for another family gathering.

Lovely property

My family of 9 enjoyed a 3 day mini vacation at this lovely property. Very comfortable and works for babies to grandparents. Property was clean and had everything you could think of. We plan to return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was very good. The property is in a great location and lived the quiet of the beach. The only downsides are the furnishing in the main living area...very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Also the interior doors do not always stay closed and there are not locks on all. This is tricky for a multi family stay. I would still recommend and stay at this house again but would be happy with some updating.
