Beautifully remodeled Tudor located in historic Willo neighborhood.
Originally one of Phoenix’s first suburbs planned in the 1920’s, is now part of the core of Central Phoenix and all the amenities.
This stunning home includes a private guesthouse with kitchenette and full bathroom. Private pool, jacuzzi, gas fire pit and gas BBQ grill. 2 minute walk to St. Joseph’s Hospital, 5 minute walk to light rail, and just blocks away from downtown. Fantastic restaurants, museums, sporting events, and entertainment venues just down the street.
The main house has 2 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 full bathrooms.
The living room and dining room open to a newly remodeled bright kitchen and butler pantry. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, modern stone counter tops and all the tools needed for meal prep and service. Beautiful wood floors and modern tile lead from one spacious room to another.
A mud room side entry and separate laundry are located on the main floor.
The ensuite spa bathroom off the master has a modern, glass walled walk in shower, soaking vessel tub and double sinks.
The separate, private casita is located in the back of the main house. Full wall glass doors open to the outdoor patio, pool, jacuzzi and gas BBQ grill. There is a kitchenette with full size fridge, coffeemaker, counter space, cabinets and shelves and a dining table that seats four.
A full bathroom is located on the lower lever with a modern walk in shower, sink and toilet.
There is a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper downstairs and a large, private bedroom upstairs with a king size bed.
Make this your home base while easily enjoying all the activities Phoenix has to offer..

Great place, great location!!

We were in AZ for Volleyball Tournament and this place was fantastic to relax while the girls weren't playing. Place is amazing. I highly recommend this place as it's close to down town, but far away you don't here the hustle and bustle. Great food locations near by, but with this kitchen, it was great to cook at the house. Jason is a fantastic host!

Beautiful oasis property with prime location

We had such a lovely time enjoying this beautiful property during Final Four weekend. The home has all of the furnishings and supplies you need (coffee bar, stocked condiments and incidentals like laundry detergent, disposable plateware, and sunscreen). I love the size and that each bedroom has a full bathroom. The modern and quaint casita provided privacy for guests. The back yard is a complete oasis with an incredible pool/jacuzzi replete with fountains. The grill and fire pit made for a lovely Sunday afternoon hang out session by the pool with our group of family and college friends in town for the big game. Jason was incredible with communication and extremely hospitable. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you!!!

Perfect for a group

This property worked out well for our team - it was convenient to our downtown office. They loved the technology, plenty of space for all of them, and more relaxing to hang out together compared to a hotel. hey really enjoyed grilling out in the backyard oasis. Very relaxing for them after a long day at work!

Cozy PHX Hideout

Group of 6 stayed here for the WM Phoenix Open. Roughly 30 minutes away from PGA event and conveniently located in central Phoenix. Quiet neighborhood with a few restaurants and convenience/dispensary stores within walking distance. Pool was small, but pool area/patio was extremely private and nice.

Amazing!

This property was absolutely amazing and I can't think of a single thing that I would wish to change about it. It was exactly as described, perfectly clean and right beside the hospital, shops, tram etc. The hosts Jason and his family were so welcoming and so kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Couldn't recommend enough! Thank you Jason!

great house! great time!

We were excited about this property from the pictures and one there, it did not disappoint. The renovated home is fresh, spacious, cozy, modern, well-appointed and easy to be in. The casita was amazing as well. The home is furnished with good technology, new appliances which were superb, comfortable beds and nice furnishings. Jason was a fantastic host and was available for all of my questions. We loved the flow of the house and the backyard was amazing! We were there during the hottest week Phoenix has seen in years and the pool and patio were spectacular! we spent most of our time at the house not only because of the heat but because it was so enjoyable and comfortable. I would most definitely come back to this house. Can't recommend this place enough if you are having up to 10 guests! Can we give it 6 stars?

Lovely House, Very Accomodating

The owner is very helpful and accommodating. The property is amazing and allows for plenty of private space. We will use this location for all of our out of town workers in the future.

Fantastic!!

Great property with the best host!!! Jason was there to meet us at check-in and ensure we knew how to work everything (tech/appliances/pool, etc are all new and latest - easy to use but was good to have instruction). He was available throughout our stay for questions or to drop by to help with anything. Backyard is the best -- no way to improve. We have teenage boys and all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and firepit....and outdoor TV and grill. Great linens and well stocked kitchen. Close proximity to downtown (season opener baseball game!) and good restaurants close by. Easy drive to Scottsdale/Pinnacle Peak area as well. Day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon. Highly recommend -- and if you are looking for restaurant recommendations, just go with anything Jason has in the house manual or tells you to check out. We especially loved taking the golf cart to Taco Guild and the croissants at Valentine are not to be missed (both the chocolate and the pine-nut cream filled).

This VRBO property left us with the best overall experience we’ve had over the many years of renting for vacations. A good combination of a solid house with all the needed amenities coupled with an easy owner to work with. A phenomenal overall experience for a family Spring Break.

Long Weekend in Phoenix

We just spent a long weekend at Jason's property and can't say enough great things about the space. It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood which ended up being so close to everything we wanted to do. The property itself was great - LOTS of space for the 5 of us, we could have easily had double the amount of people stay. It was very clean and had lots of amenities. We loved the outdoor area, between the hot tub/pool and outdoor seating, we found ourselves relaxing out there for the majority of our stay. Jason was very accomodating and helpful. He showed us around and how to use things and offered many recommendations. If we find ourselves in Phoenix again we would not hesitate to rebook.

Highly Recommend

This house was truly incredible. We had a 10 night stay and enjoyed every minute of our trip. The backyard alone was a vacation in itself for our family. We have 4 small children and the pool set up, pool house, fire pit, outdoor seating and turf area made for a dream vacation. We also loved the fenced in grass area in the front yard. We made use of everything this house had to offer and had plenty of space for our family and grandparents. The beds were also fantastic which is a bonus when staying away from home! It’s even better than the pictures online. I am very critical when choosing where to stay and I have traveled all over the world. And this house was a gem. We are so thankful for Jason’s hospitality and willingness to help at the drop of a hat. We had some major travel challenges and Jason went out of his way to work with us and make us feel comfortable during our visit. I cannot recommend this property enough. We had everything we needed plus more! Thank you so much for hosting our family ❤️

Wonderful Weeks in Willo!

We recently spent a little more than two weeks in this wonderful historic home. The home is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, with great opportunities to walk and enjoy the architecture. Everything about the experience was excellent! The home, furnishings, supplies, and outdoor space were everything we hoped they would be. It was nice to enter the home and have everything we needed. Jason was a wonderful host and very responsive to our requests, even for the smallest things such as restaurant recommendations, sites to visit, wines to try; virtually anything we asked. We tried most of the suggestions, with wonderful experiences. We hope to make this our home away from home whenever we visit the area.

Great location, great host!

Jason, the host, was super engaging and helpful right from the start sharing all things going on in the area and making sure we were settled in comfortably. The property is well kept and very enjoyable to stay in. I’ll be coming back to the area in several months and staying here again.

Wonderful Stay in Phoenix

We went on a girl’s trip and stayed at this property. It’s a beautiful house and the backyard is like a private oasis. We spent the majority of the time out by the pool/ spa and in the pool house. Jason was incredibly helpful and provided suggestions regarding some favorite spots. We had a minor issue and Jason was over within 10 minutes to get it resolved. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the home’s renovation. We loved the smaller details such as providing coffee and creamer. One thing we could have used more of is hangers in the closets (because girl’s trip 😊). I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for the wonderful visit and great communication!

CHARMING SPACIOUS HOME IN IDEAL LOCATION

I knew pulling into the gated driveway that this would be a great stay. The home is a charming Tudor in a cozy neighborhood of more historic and well cared for homes. Newly remodeled and spotlessly clean! The beautiful modern kitchen opens to dining and living spaces and makes it easy to share with friends and family. All the bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable with premium linens. This stay had it all! We sat around the fire pit watching football on the outdoor television and enjoying the famous Phoenix nights. Capped off the night in the jacuzzi and made plans for an early dip in the pool. We were close to all sorts of downtown venues and had a great dinner at a locally owned restaurant. The offering of things to do and places to eat and drink so close by are a plus. Jason was easy and through to communicate with and our arrival was seamless. He has definitely put a great deal of energy into making this a rental to return to.

AMAZING PROPERTY!

Great location near dtown. We enjoyed the back yard jacuzzi & fire pit. Loved all the little details such as keurig with creamers, kitchenware, and new appliances. Our dog loved being able to run around in the fenced in front and backyard. Easy check in and the owner gave great local restaurant suggestions!

We bought this home 6 years ago a couple months before we were married. We fell in love with it immediately and my wife Desi wanted to buy it from the pictures alone. We did not think we could afford it but miraculously we were able to purchase it. I am in the construction world and have worked on it for the last six years trying to make it our forever home. We just recently had a little girl and we wanted grandma to help out with her upbringing so we purchased another home with a single level casita and grandma moved in. We did not want to let the house go as it is very special to us and we hope to move back some time down the road. Hence, the only way we can afford to keep it is to share it with awesome guest like yourself. We hope you enjoy the stay!
