Lake front cabin close to UTV/ATV and snowmobile trails.

Guest checked in on June 20th for stay through June 27. On June 24th he contacted to say the lights in the bathroom had gone out. He stated that he found the breaker box and reset the breaker and the lights were back on. He wanted to inform us of what had happened. At this time the information was not interpreted as an emergency. The following day he called again to say the breaker was persistently tripping and when reset would only last a few minutes. I informed the guest that Mark would contact him to resolve the issue. At that time, Mark called the guest and offered to immediately come and evaluate and deal with the issue. Guest became belligerent on the phone and stated they expected a resolution immediately following the first phone call and was not interested having the issue resolved and were just going to pack up and leave, expecting a full refund. Mark apologized for the miscommunication and stated that he was willing to come and fix the issue but guest would not listen. Therefore Mark stated they could pack up and leave. Mark then went to the cabin and diagnosed the problem as a defective breaker. Issue completely resolved by replacing the breaker, which took approximately 15 minutes. We as the host did not initiate their departure. We attempted to resolve the issue during the stay so they could continue to enjoy their time. The guest voluntarily decided to pack up and leave. We make every attempt to provide our guests with a pleasurable experience.
