This home features 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, & a gourmet kitchen with an exquisite farmhouse sink, a beautiful kitchen island, & stainless steel appliances. You're guaranteed to create unique, memorable experiences every time you visit. Our home isn't perfect, but it certainly is beautiful.

First Floor:

Living room

Beautifully decorated and features a beautiful decorative fireplace, sectional, wall art; for a splash of color, and a half bath. Although the fireplace isn't in use, its masonry is stunning to look at.

Dining Room & Kitchen

Step out of the living room and into our picturesque dining room and kitchen. The dining area features a dining table and seating for six. Additionally, a high mirror graces the rear wall.

Step over into the kitchen, where you'll find a beautiful kitchen island with a built-in sink and a second farmhouse sink adjacent.

Laundry Room

A washer and dryer are available to you. You have the freedom to wash your linens and towels anytime during your stay.

Second Floor:

Here you'll find the first two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, a workspace, two large closets, and the master bathroom. Step into the master bathroom to find a 'his-and-hers' vanity design, a stand-up shower with three shower heads. Finally, unwind with a nice relaxing soak in the stylish standalone bathtub.

A second bedroom featuring two twin beds is opposite the master bedroom, and a full bedroom sits between the two.

Third Floor:

Walk up a single flight of stairs to a full bathroom and third bedroom.
Bedroom number three features a queen bed, a closet, a workspace, and, best of all, a balcony that overlooks a piece of the neighborhood.

Parking

Street parking is free and doesn't require a permit after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Additionally, as far as we know, permits are only given to residents of the area.

Although we would love to be able to provide our guests with parking, we haven't been able to find a lot close enough to make this happen. This is often the case in downtown areas. We hope that you will understand that this isn't within our control. If you'll need parking during your stay, our place may not be the one for you. But of course, we appreciate your consideration.

The outside of our home isn't stunning. There may be some grass/dry leaves in the front yard as they accumulate very quickly. We maintain this as we much as we can but like to focus our dollars and attention on the inside of the house, where our guests will actually be staying. There are a few dings on the master bedroom wall caused by an office chair that's constantly pressed against the wall. There are some small cracks in areas of the refrigerator caused by previous guests. Although these are minor, we like to set expectations. If these things bother you, our place may not be right for you. Still, thank you for your consideration.
