Come make yourself at home in our bright studio apartment just a couple blocks from West Asheville’s cafés, bookstores, coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, music venues and more!
The recently renovated ground-level studio apartment is open, bright and always meticulously cleaned. The studio holds inviting, contemporary and eclectic furnishings in an updated mid-century house - designed in hopes that each guest would feel the warmth of home. It has a patio with a bistro table and there is a large back yard available for use. The apartment has a separate entrance with a personalized key code for each guest.

The studio is an ideal space for single travelers or couples with a soft, comfortable queen-size bed. The futon couch opens into an additional twin bed. A Pack-and-play is also available upon request.

The apartment has a full bath with shower and tub, stocked with everything you'll need during your stay: quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair-dryer and towels/washcloths are provided.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, glasses, bowls, silverware, mugs and Brita water pitcher. Locally roasted coffee and a selection of teas are provided, along with creamer/sugar.

The windows are fitted with blackout shades to ensure you wake up when you want to.

A mini-split heating and air conditioning unit has been installed so that you may control the temperature during your stay.

The apartment contains a 32-inch Smart TV with Roku access - easily stream your favorite shows via your Netflix, Hulu, HBOGO account.

This is a fantastic neighborhood full of friendly, quirky, and fun people and businesses. There are multiple coffee shops, restaurants, music venues, breweries and shops all within walking distance. The apartment is a short drive to downtown Asheville and the River Arts District - with easy access to the Biltmore Estate, outdoor recreation, and all of the scenery that the Blue Ridge Parkway has to offer. Our local public transport, ART, is also readily available. Uber and Lyft cost approximately 10 dollars or less to get downtown.

A complimentary laundry service is available once a week for stays of 30 days or longer.

*Covid19. The apartment has its own air ventilation system. All surfaces, handles, knobs, remotes, and switches are disinfected with CDC approved products. We also provide alcohol based hand sanitizer.
