The space
As you come down to the house, you are immediately met by a large covered porch that has multiple areas to spend time with family, friends, and pets including a large, comfortable sectional couch seating area, a 6-seater dining table with fire feature, and a two-person hammock. The gated stairway allows for easy access to one of the largest grass/yard areas for pets that you will find at the top of Massanutten Resort.

As you walk into the front door, you find an open-concept main floor that easily connects the living room, dining area and beautifully updated kitchen. The large windows bring in lots of natural sunlight during the afternoons until you turn your attention to the ornate fireplace that sits in front of the new leather couches, ottoman, and massage chair. The dining table easily sits 8 individuals while providing adjacent seating for 3 more people at the kitchen countertop. The bright and well-stocked kitchen provides all of the plates, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances that you may need including a dishwasher, large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, electric stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, keurig and drip coffee machines, blender, crock pot, and more.

The main floor also includes a 75" Smart TV that is equipped with the Roku platform for watching your favorite shows and movies through the YouTube TV subscription or by logging into any of your favorite apps like Netflix, Prime Video or Disney +. This floor also includes a queen-sized bedroom, one full bathroom, and the washer/dryer/laundry closet.

The second floor features a game room with 9 foot shuffle board table that can be used for both shuffle board or shuffle bowling, a full-sized foosball table, and 52" Smart TV with Nintendo Wii gaming console. The Wii includes two guitars and the game Guitar Hero, two steering wheels and the game Mario Kart, and two regular Wii controllers that will allow you to play table tennis, golf, fencing, jet-ski racing, frisbee-dog competitions and all of your other favorite Wii Sports Resort games. This floor also has a king-sized bedroom, a bedroom with full-sized bunk beds, twin sized trundle bed, and a few large children's toys, and finally another full bathroom.

The basement level contains the master suite that comes with a king-sized bed, another large fire place, 58" Smart TV and large master closet. As you walk through the master closet, you find the master bathroom complete with jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and two-sink vanity. This floor also contains a convenient office/work area that comes with a full-sized desk, comfortable leather chair, 27" computer monitor with HDMI cord to set up your extended desktop, as well as a wireless mouse and keyboard should you need to get any work done during your stay. This floor also provides access to the private yard should you prefer to let your pets outside from this level instead of the main floor.

One of the goals for Paws On The Porch is to create the most pet friendly experience for you and your family. You can bring more pets than most houses and utilize the large crate that we have onsite should that be necessary. Pet food and water bowls are provided along with a retractable leash and assortment of dog bones.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home along with community amenities including the property owners' association pool and tennis courts. This is on top of all of the for-purchase options available at Massanutten including snow sports, mountain biking, tubing, zip lines, kids' ropes course, "rock" climbing wall, gem mining, go karts, mini golf, bumper cars, indoor and outdoor water park, escape rooms, golf, street curling, arcade, and many restaurants.
