We have stayed at Summit before and have always been happy! Paula was great to deal with and made everything super easy for us. We even got to check in early by sheer luck, which worked out great for us!!

Perfect condo for a beach trip! Beautiful view of the ocean and overlooking the pool! Owner sent emails with all the information you need for your stay, and easy to contact if needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Weekend getaway

We loved the condo! It was just as it was pictured. Beautiful view from the 14th floor. Everything we needed was furnished. Paula was super nice and easy to contact. We would definitely stay there again!

Family vacation

Parking and check in was a breeze. Condo met basic needs but was not cleaned thoroughly. Our master bed had a long black hair stuck to the sheets, sand was also on the floors. Elevators were also a 10-15 minute wait at times. My family resorted to climbing 14 flights of stairs due to long elevator wait times. Other than the issues stated above this condo provides all of the necessities, had great views of the ocean and appliances worked great. We enjoyed our stay and our children had a blast.

GREAT PLACE EXCEPT THE ELEVATORS

Everything was perfect with this condo except the elevators. Half the time only 1 of the 3 elevators was working. It was terrible at check in and check out times but if you needed the elevator early in the morning it wasn't so bad. The condo itself was very nice, as advertised. Beach Chairs, Jet Skis, Parasail all right there in front of condo. Sling Shot right across the street. Great location!!

Lack of supplies and cleanliness

The location was great. Amenities and access to the beach were fantastic. However, the condo itself really lacked in cleanliness and essential equipment.The kitchen utensils were dirty. It did not come equipped with soap or a sponge to wash dishes. After seeing the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen, we did not trust the Keurig would be clean enough to useā€¦.sure enough, we had to run it 10x before the water came out clean without debris. The shower drain backed up and filled the tub with water while showering, of course while the stopper was up. We used the oven and then noticed there werenā€™t any oven mitts to be found. We couldnā€™t use the toaster because it was rusty. No dishwasher detergent for us to run the dishwasher as the checkout requested. Swiffer mop without pads. Cheap broom and dustpan.It was surprising to see this condo lack in essentials. Especially when it comes to equipment needed to keep it cleanā€¦I would figure thatā€™s in the best interest of the renter. Somewhere around 500 spent on new (CLEAN) kitchen utensils and cleaning equipment would highly elevate the experience. Such a simple fix.To summarize, we felt like we stayed in a dirty place.

Great area, great place to stay terrible elevators

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at this same location last summer and last year. We love the area poolā€™s amenities and proximity to everything. The tiki bar is amazing, the little food place on the end past pools is great hot tubs etc. however the downsides as follows: the absolute worst elevators of anywhere I have ever stayed. We had 1 out of 4 working elevators on the end for all the guest in the whole building (15) floors it took upwards of 30 min to make it to room from beach or to get out of room to go eat. Second year in a row and same issues. There was a 20 dollar parking pass fee and only one spot is allowed per room. Was not stated. The room nice and as stated. Well clean and spacious and cheap. Also the check in lobby closes at 5 pm and the security was very rude when I was just trying to figure out what to do or when and where to park they said just figure it out when I ask will I be towed they stated not their problems.
