Walking in the front door, you'll immediately feel the coziness this home provides. This home is on the second story, and does have a set of stairs leading up to the front door.

- 2 full bathrooms

KITCHEN:

- Patio and an outdoor fire pit area!

Guests will receive a door code the day prior or the morning of their reservation. Guests will be able to access the gravel parking pad that is shared amongst the other properties on the lot. Guests will be able to access the house in the back corner of the property and the courtyard/fire pit combo off to the side.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
