The apartment is located inside of the historic Chase Street warehouses. You will have to climb a few flights of stairs to enter the building, just follow the signs to the apartment. We will send VERY detailed directions of how to find the space, so pay attention to these directions😊
Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house, this will be turned on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

The Chase Street warehouses are within close distance from shops and restaurants! This space is conveniently located in the same building as popular venues such as The Tree Room and The Athen's Cotton Press. Across the street is the new Mill District Development where they are currently wrapping up construction on some of the retail spaces but big things are coming. The development is also in the arts district and located very close to a concrete plant.
Guest access
You will enter the exterior of the warehouses and go down a hallway in order to get to an interior door which is the entrance of the space. We will send VERY detailed instructions before arrival, please read them thoroughly.
The entire apartment is available for your use.
There is free parking in the lot in front of the warehouses.
Uber and Lyft are readily available.
