You will need a credit card at check in for Deposit and Additional Charges:

The space
Master Bedroom has a King size bed, walking closet, in-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 full beds, walkin closet in-suite full bathroom with access also for guests. there is a sofa bed in the living room.
Kitchen has everything you will need, oven, microwave, and dishwasher... unit has a full washer and dryer.
Huge balcony with access from living and from each room to enjoy both beach, the bay, and even the Hard Rock Casino guitar...

Beautiful Views!!

Great stay with amazing views! Comfy beds, clean, roomy. Freezer needs fixing, but my only complaint. Otherwise was wonderful and would stay again!

Family Reunion

The apartment is beautiful. Great layout, and a view you must see to believe. Building amenities were fantastic. My only complaints are that the stove did not work and the floor needed to be mopped prior to our arrival.

Beautiful

The apartment was perfect for our family. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable with gorgeous views of the ocean and city. The roof top pool and restaurant are amazing. Our family also appreciated being steps from the beach and having a washer/dryer in the unit. Ana Maria is a pleasure to work with and was prompt in answering all our questions. We will definitely stay at the property again.

Vacation

Beautiful location. Unit was clean and exactly as pictured. Literally 2 min walk to beach. We would definitely use this location again. Only complaint would be known wich desk to check into and paying for resort fees for a day when we arrived after 8pm. This was not the host fault.

Quick getaway

We were able to check in Saturday morning for an additional small fee. You must remember this is a resort location so it was busy! There was some confusion with the valet parking only, but the employees took the time to explain. The front desk staff were pleasant explaining the ins and outs of being at the resort. The apartment was spectacular! Clean and modern with a beautiful view from the 40th floor. The beach area however was not very clean with overflowing garbages. It was early enough in the day to suggest they weren’t cleaned from the day before. And because it is a resort, there were people and families of all ages making it loud at times. We went to get some groceries at Walmart only to find out the freezer did not work. This was disappointing because our frozen items had to get thrown out. This also meant there was no ice. The owner apologized and said they had gotten it fixed once before. It did mention that same problem on another review. Overall it was must needed rest in a beautiful place with friends.

Nice but dirty Condo, Terrible Communication!

This place could have been exceptional but it was not good and everything started off poorly. We weren't contacted by the host with how to check in (even though she messaged me when I booked and said she would be in touch). After several un-responded to texts and messages I had to call her to let her know we were there to check in. That was the last communication we had with the host. The front desk staff was not very friendly - NO ONE outside of one very nice bell-man! The valet parking was expensive at $35/day and a pain when having to come and go multiple times in a day. The condo had great views on a very nice portion of the beach but there were several stains on the walls (pizza sauce, boogers and lord knows what else), crumbs and piles of dirt on the deskst /tables, one of the glass end tables was broken, the freezer in the full size fridge did not work and the oven did not work. I texted the host about these and still no response. At one point the elevators were not working and we had to walk down 38 flights of stairs to get to our car! We made due and still enjoyed our vacation but will never stay here again. The pool was nice but closed at 7:30pm for some reason and beach service ended at 5pm, which seemed early. The workout facility was very nice and the two bedrooms were good size all with walkouts to the balcony.
