Breathtaking 2/2 Ocean View Fully Remodeled Condo!

This Hollywood Beach condo comes with all of the luxuries of a hotel including valet parking, onsite pool, gym and clubhouse, but with all of the comforts of home!  2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully kitchen stocked with the necessities and plenty of room for 6+ and a gorgeous ocean view!  We also own another condo (2/1.5) right across the hall if you need to book for larger families or bigger groups, please inquire if needed.

THE SPACE
This luxurious condo is located in a full service building with 24 hour front desk and valet.  The building is directly on the sand so guests can walk downstairs to the beach. Updated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and cooking utensils/pans needed to cook a meal.  There are two spacious bedrooms (a King Temperpedic bed in the master and two queen beds in the guest room). There is also a queen air mattress and portable travel crib available upon request. The condo has two full bathrooms (one tub with body jets, one shower with body jets). Unit is a corner condo so the balcony has a great view of the ocean and city/intracoastal side (where you can see boats passing by).  We can even send you a Virtual tour to see all the rooms layout if the pics aren’t enough.

There's high speed internet/WIFI throughout condo and smart TVs in every room (for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime etc).  There is also WIFI internet in the lobby and common areas of the building.  The common laundry room is just couple of doors down on the same floor.

DISCLOSURE: There is a Ring camera on the front door of the condo. Note this is only an exterior security camera. There are no cameras inside the unit.

THE BUILDING AND AMENITIES
There is a one time resort fee being charged directly by the building. Everyone is required to pay it at check-in with a credit card.  It cost $30 per every 3 adults for the entire stay. The building then provides one guest fob per every 3 adults which allows access to all the amenities and the building entrance which is typically locked at night. Children 18 and under are not charged this fee but must share/use the same adult fob, or additional fobs can be purchased directly from the front desk for $30.

Each adult must show their ID at check-in.  The building also requires the full names of all guests to be sent after you book and the front desk will register and verify all adults ID's during check-in.

Guests can use all the amenities of the building including the pool, the gym and the clubhouse which has private conference rooms, reading areas, a pool table, foosball, and ping pong, etc.  There is direct access to the beach from the building thru the gate at the pool, which needs the guest fob to access.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: There are some ongoing improvements to the building that might affect your stay. Construction for the recertification has begun and it is currently a couple lines away from us, however, it may be loud during construction hours, particularly weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm.

All amenities, including the pool, gym, clubhouse and access to the beach are all open and available for guests to use. Some of the area by the pool is being used as a temporary construction site.

Construction schedules and locations may change or be delayed. Please contact the host for the most up-to-date information regarding current conditions and whether the unit may be affected.


PARKING
Parking: Like almost all buildings on the beach, parking is managed by a third-party valet company. Overnight parking is available for $20 per car per day, which includes in/out valet privileges. Self-parking is also available at the same rate, but valet will still charge $20. Payment is made directly to the valet upon arrival. Discounts are available for monthly stays.

Here are the new Valet Rates; which is discounted the longer you stay.
1 day - $20, 2 days - $40, 3 days - $45
4 days - $60, 5 days - $75, 6 days - $90
7 days - $90, 8-14 days - $125
15 days-1 month+ - $175 monthly discounted rate

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Hollywood Beach is a beautiful place with tons of restaurants, nightlife and shopping nearby. But the most attractive attraction is the Hollywood Broadwalk, a pedestrian area right on the beach where you can rent bicycles, eat at oceanfront restaurants, listen to live music at the newly opened Margaritaville Resort or just go for a stroll.

Aventura Mall is also a few minutes drive away. This is one of the best and biggest malls in all of South Florida.

Gulfstream Park and Casino is nearby as well, where there is a casino, plenty of restaurants and high end shopping, plus during season, there are actual horse races on the Racetrack.

Hard Rock Casino and Guitar Hotel is a mecca for live entertainment, fine dining and shops and is only 15-20 minutes away by car.

For some nightlife outside of Miami and Fort Lauderdale, you can check out Downtown Hollywood and Young Circle. Aside from restaurants and bars, there are events, festivals, live music, and Family Fun Fridays.  

Further, we are walking distance to the Westin Diplomat (a 5 star hotel) and next door to Hyde Beach Hotel.  You will also be centrally located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, making both destinations easily accessible from Hollywood.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Once you check-in with the building, you can access the building and amenities on your own with the fobs provided to you.  However, we are locals and always a text or phone call away for any issues or questions you might have.  We can also provide great advice on restaurants, shopping and whatever else you might need during your stay.  

GETTING AROUND
South Florida is best accessible by car if you'd like to see Miami and Fort Lauderdale.  If you plan to stay local to Hollywood, you can easily get around via Uber/Lyft.  

From FLL Airport:  The Ft Lauderdale airport is only a 20 min drive and is around $25-30 on Uber/Lyft.

From MIA Airport:  We are about 40 mins away depending on traffic from MIA and around $40-50 on Uber/Lyft.

We can offer you discounts on Uber/Lyft if you don't already have the app.

There is also a new service provided by the City of Hollywood where you can order a shuttle ride from an app, just like Uber, that takes you to Downtown Hollywood and the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. The app is called Ride Circuit and the shuttle will pick you up. It’s more convenient as it is on demand. Try it out to save time hunting for parking and paying for it along Hollywood Beach/Downtown! Please download the RIDE CIRCUIT from your mobile App Store!

There is also a water taxi across the street that will take you by boat to South Beach or to Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas Blvd.

HOUSE RULES
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed outside the front door, recording both video and audio. There are no cameras inside the condo.
• The City of Hollywood requires noise meters in all short-term rentals to prevent parties. These devices do not record conversations but notify us if noise exceeds a certain level (e.g., loud music).
• Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 4 children, per city regulations, unless additional guests are disclosed at booking.
• Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Please do not ash over the railing—use an ashtray and dispose of ashes in the trash before checkout.
• No pets allowed.
• Any evidence of smoking or pets inside the unit will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Parties, loud music, or any disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and may lead to early termination of your stay and loss of your deposit, in accordance with building policies and city ordinances.
• Please be respectful of neighbors.

RENTAL POLICY GUIDELINES
• We prefer that the primary guest booking is staying in the unit.
• The building requires valid ID for all adult guests at check-in, and unregistered guests will not be granted access.
• Please provide the names of all guests and the reason for your trip in advance.
• Due to past experiences, we generally do not prefer to rent to college/school-aged groups. If you’re unable to follow the building’s rules, we kindly ask that you consider booking elsewhere to avoid any issues during your stay.

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund and forfeiture of the damage deposit if necessary.
