Sit on the porch swing and take in a beautiful sunset, or walk down to the stocked pond and feed the fish from the covered dock. Make Sā€™mores while making memories around the firepit. Located within two miles from Enochs Stomp Winery and Bear Creek Smokehouse and Event Center, thereā€™s plenty to do nearby. This place was perfect! The house smelled wonderful, everything was clean. My pup and I enjoyed walking to the pond, and sitting on the front porch swing in the evenings!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful setting. Quite. Relaxing. Cottage perfect size for us. Clean. We were there for college baseball and the location was about 20 minutes from the baseball field in Marshall.

This was probably the best VRBO experience we have ever had. Needs we didnā€™t expect to have were met and exceeded. We enjoyed feeding the ducks at the dock! It was close enough to go visit Marshall and Jefferson. Highly recommend staying here just to refresh! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful, serene getaway

We had a short two night stay, but wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin was exceptionally clean, the decor was beautiful and all the amenities made for a luxurious feel. The property is stunning, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful and relaxing stay near ETBU

We absolutely loved this property. The Cabin was beautiful and very cozy. The owners thought of everything you could need. We loved walking the property with the dogs, feeding the fish and ducks and relaxing on the porch swing. It was only about 15 minutes from ETBU so it was easy to meet up with our son

Perfect & Peaceful Getaway!

We had a fabulous stay at Ivey Acres. The hosts were so accommodating, and not a detail was missed! We enjoyed being surrounded by the beautiful East TX scenery, relaxing on the porch swing, & feeding the ducks & fish by the pond. The cabin was beautifully decorated and super cozy. Luxury Cottage

We were there for one night but would have liked to stay longer. The cottage was spacious and very well appointed. The property has a lovely common area. I thought I was in Southern Living magazine.

Super Cozy Cabin

This cabin far exceeded our expectations! It had everything we couldā€™ve dreamed of needing or wanting. We loved the style of the cabin! Everything was beautiful and super clean! The bathroom is very spacious. We visited Enochā€™s and were pleased that the cabins were only about 5 minutes away. Weā€™ve already told others about this sweet little getaway! Book it now. You wonā€™t regret it!

A Sweet Slice of Heaven

Enjoyed a wonderful mother/daughter weekend in the Redwood cabin! The cabin exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived! Beautiful and quiet gated property with the cabin situated among the pine trees. The cabin was absolutely beautiful from the front porch rockers and swing where we enjoyed our morning coffee to the awesome hot tub where we enjoyed the stars and wine at night. Charming cabin with no detail missed, clean, comfortable & spacious! Enjoyed downtown Jefferson and the Enochā€™s Winery! The host Lori was wonderful and we are looking forward to coming back with the whole family and renting the 3 cabins on the propertyā€¦simply a slice of heaven ā¤ļø

Christmas Getaway

Absolutely fabulous weekend getaway. My husband and I decided to take a weekend trip with our dogs to Marshall TX for the Christmas festivities. We were pleasantly surprised with all the cute Christmas decor when we arrived. The cabin was cozy and had every amenity we needed and then some. We had a relaxing weekend and did not want to leave on Sunday!
