The view was spectacular. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. The nearby sites - Lion’s Head, Singing Sands and the Grotto were beautiful.

I had a wonderful time at the Aida, the price was terrific for the size of the house. It has a great view of its own shore, as well as a lovely living area.

Absolutely wonderful

Fantastic location right on Lake Huron. Very clean, well stocked vacation rental with loads of space. My family of 4 stayed for 5 days and we loved every minute. Convenient location as well. Not too long of a drive to get to any of the fantastic sights or hikes on the peninsula.

Great place to stay!

Stayed here for a few days. Very peaceful, remote location. Great waterfront views. Nice welcome gift. Had all the basics. Would definitely stay here again. We did not use the lower level at all, as it was somewhat musty & would benefit from a keeping a dehumidifier running.

Family time on Northern Bruce Peninsula

"Aida" is a very comfortable "cottage" with a lovely view of Lake Huron. Our family from out of the country stayed nearby, so we used it mainly as a place to sleep. We enjoyed some time on the beautiful deck and rocks on the water. Aida is well equiped in the kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

A Wonderful Space for Family Gathering

We enjoyed specular views of the ice on Lake Huron from the large open space of the kitchen/dining great room. The quiet, comfortable sleeping quarters, accommodated multiple families. The lower level TV and workout space, outdoor fire pit and deck and Lion's Head trails and groceries close by gave us lots of great options. We highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Great Cottage

We have a lovely time at the cottage. It was private and had all the amenities listed. The only issue was we could not get the bbq started but since it was raining we did not bother reaching out to the host. All in all a great experience.

Absolute heaven

This cottage is hands down the most well maintained we have been to. Absolutely spotless and the host was very much engaged and supportive. The property offered stunning views of the lake, all the thoughtful luxurious amenities you will need, and decor straight out of a magazine. In a prestigious and quiet neighborhood, it is a an amazing place to relax, unwind and enjoy the views and nature. Rated 10 out of 10 for us, and we can't wait to return!

Amazing lake view and a private beach

This place is well maintained and clean. Staying at the place in person is way better than the photo. The lake is so shallow and water is calm in this area which is great for our smaller kids because they can venture out very far. They won't be able to go out to the deep area since the rock forms a natural barrier. They had so much fun and they also found clay fish on the lake.

Aida - nice but mold smell in basement

Overall we had a great time. The house was clean but badly maintained. Terrible mold smell in basement, even with dehumidifier running 24/7 it was still prevalent. It's too bad because it is such a nice place and the view is amazing and the waterfront is very safe for kids.

No services

I arrived the chalet was all dirty. The check in was at 4pm and cleaning team arrive at 3h30 and left at 4h10pm. The place was still very dirty when they left. They even didn’t change the sheet of my bed. I had to clean the whole place by myself. I wrote to the manager about that and he never answered me back. Beautiful place, and incredible view but the place was so dirty and smell mold everywhere that I do not recommend this place.

The Chalet is cleaned to the highest standards as reflected by its high rating across multiple vacation rental platforms. Your words are hurtful and disrespectful to the entire cleaning team that work on Chalet. The items you raised during your stay were immediately responded to and addressed. Was this written as a result of you not receiving a discount? We are extremely surprised, but stand behind the service we provided.
