ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* Barbecue / Grill: rental for $70 + taxes, minimum for the entire stay. We provide one propane tank– If applicable, it needs to be requested 3 days before the check-in date.
* Pool Heat / SPA: rental for $35/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay. When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 5 days before the check-in date.hu
Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.
* Forgotten Items Policy: If we locate a forgotten item, we will be happy to assist the guest in arranging its return. However, we cannot take responsibility for forgotten personal items, their recovery, or any potential losses during the process. We strongly recommend that all guests thoroughly check all areas of the property before leaving, including drawers, closets, under the beds, inside bedding, and other potential hiding spots.
If the item is found, we will contact you. The guest can either pick it up personally or choose to have it sent via postal service, subject to a $30 fee + applicable taxes and shipping costs.
