Resort Life in a private townhouse on the North Shore

The perfect mixture of resort life in a private home. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is located adjacent to the Turtle Bay Resort and its two golf courses, the Fazio and Palmer Courses.

This unit is located in the Kuilima Estates, which provides access to the Kuilima condo pool and tennis/pickeball courts. Just a few minutes walk away is the Turtle Bay Resort with its long stretches of beach to walk, snorkel and swim, restaurants, bars, 2 golf courses, biking/walking trials. There are a number of private coves to swim in around the 8 miles of trails around turtle bay. Sunset beach, Waimea Bay, Haleiwa, Banzai Pipeline, Polynesian Culture Center, and world famous food trucks are also a short beautiful island country drive down the road. There are also a full menu of adventure options nearby including snorkeling spots, famous surfing beaches, waterfalls, and activities like boogie boarding, horseback riding, golf, helicopter rides, hiking, diving at Shark's you may decide to just sit back and relax in a perfect spot for just doing nothing at all.

This unit is one of the larger units in the Kuilima Complex with a large main bedroom and ensuite bath on the first floor and two additional full bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. Two of the rooms have sweeping views of the lush golf course outside the windows.

There is a spacious modern kitchen with both an indoor and a larger outdoor dining area for tropical family gatherings. The washer and dryer are located in the unit. Air Conditioning is in the bedrooms.

Staying at the Kuilima resort provides the atmosphere of the Turtle Bay Resort at a fraction of the price. You can have it all, adventure, luxury, relaxation and the perfect location to enjoy all the North Shore of Oahu has to offer.

Please note Holiday Bookings (December 18 to Jan 5) require a 14 night stay.

The location and privacy of the unit was great! The check in procedure was easy and smooth! There was a little hiccup upon arrival with the refrigerator outlet, but after a quick call to Anna (Hawaii Beach Homes) the problem was resolved immediately(thanks Mr. Wingate)! The property grounds are always well manicured and maintained. We have stayed in Kuilima West before and once again we were not disappointed! Thanks for letting us stay with you! Mahalo

Have a nice stay at this 3 bedroom condo. Arrived in the middle of the night and check-in was a breeze. Very spacious and clean. Very close drive to the beach and food trucks. Host was very communicative. Had beach supplies for us to use which was a nice touch.

Definitely the most overpriced location I have ever stayed at. Poor operating property with a wide range of challenges. Sketchy communication that refuses to follow VRBO policies. Would not recommend due to safety, maintenance and quality. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere as this is potentially the worst value in Hawaii.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The wife and I, our daughter and her family, found ourselves very comfortable in this condo. We started saying things like, "Time to go 'home'". Plenty of room. Clean. Kind of hard to keep the sand out with little kids with us, but there are brooms, dust pan and brush, and a small hand vac to help. The whole condo subdivision was low-key and quiet. Anna was excellent to work with.

From the beginning of our stay we had issues and I had to spend precious vacation time talking to the property manager. There was no A/C in the upstairs master bedroom and no TV. Those items had to be installed during our stay. The screen door to one of the patios fell off the track and it meant no access to an eating area. The remote control for the downstairs TV didn’t have batteries and the cleaning crew didn’t leave washcloths in the downstairs bathroom. We enjoyed the location of the property and the area. It felt like a checklist wasn’t used before our check in which led to the inconveniences. In all fairness, the management personnel did attempt to address our issues.

Great visit to the North Shore of Oahu!

We loved the beautiful area! Not far from some of the best food trucks with a variety of selections for everyone. Do know ahead of time, they have minimal supplies so depending on time there you will need to stock up.

More than expected

This place was perfect for my family and I. A short walk to the beach and a pool if you dont feel like going to the beach. Close to pretty much everything, make sure you go to Teds bakery and Rainbow shave ice down the road. So glad i didnt stay in downtown Honolulu this place is so much better!!! It is about 30-45 minutes to Honolulu but worth the drive. Pictures are a little old, there is a newer couch in the living room but everything else was spot on. If you are skeptical about staying in the north shore like I was, dont be you wont regret it. Would definitely stay here again.

A great get away

This was a family trip. The condo was just the right enough space for everyone to have their own space if needed. The two outdoor spaces were perfect for those that wanted sun and then for those that wanted shade. The kitchen was good and the facility having a gas grill was perfect for a grilling family. It was peaceful and relaxing. The pool areas were nice and close with a great beach a short walk away.

A great place for a family vacation.

We loved the location and all the amenities. The suite was perfect for our 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was super organized and had everything we needed. The only thing that was missing were tennis rackets. We used the pickleball racquets too, Thank you. Such a lovely spot. wo

Adequate For The Price Paid

We stayed at this property for an adult ladies' vacation. 7 adult females. A few issues upon arrival were noticed immediately. Cleanliness was an issue. In the kitchen, we found a full garbage can and a dirty sink, coffee grounds possibly. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. The master bedroom is missing outlet covers, which is a hazard. The TV does not work. Both bathroom vents are covered in dust and dirt and do not extract the moist air. In the living room, the remotes were not working, so we opened them to find corroded batteries and no battery replacements in any closets. The sofa has some kind of stain that appears to be from a human's bottom end. The sliding doors throughout are very difficult to open. The one upstairs in the listing's queen bedroom will not open at all for us and presents a safety hazard if there were a fire. The bedroom identified as a queen bedroom is not a queen. It is, in fact, a full sized bed and was very uncomfortable to share for two adults. There was not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms for 7 women for a week. I understand from a previous review reply that the owner considers 3 rolls sufficient for a week, but when you have a houseful of women, it is not, especially when the rolls are small, standard rolls of poor quality tissue. We had to purchase additional toilet paper. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, free parking for two vehicles one dedicated spot and guest parking, the kitchen appliances appeared to be new and

Great location and space for families!!

As soon as we made the reservation we knew we made the right choice! They have a great attention to detail and made sure we knew what to expect before we arrived. The space just the right amount of cozy and beach house mode, and it was clean. If we had any questions they made themselves available for any questions and gave great recommendations. I will be informing all my family and friends to use them. We will be back!

Best stay ever

Aloha Anna, 14 days of pleasure in the most tranquille townhouse in a Paradise location ☀️ on Oahu Island, Hawai’i.🏝️ Beaches,Hiking Trails & Golf Courses nearby. The townhouse was very clean and very spacious for the entire Family. The outside patio with a BBQ and Table was awesome.Mahalo
