Great stay on the north shore

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this rental for 3 nights as part of our first leg of our Hawaii trip with 3 college age kids. There was plenty to do and see. Enjoyed the community pool and pickle ball courts. Also ate at Turtle Bay and did the beach there as well. House had everything we needed for our stay.

Great North Shore Location

Townhome was very clean and comfortable for our family stay. Wonderful location to explore the northern part of the island with access to beautiful north shore beaches, Polynesian Cultural Center and several excellent food spots. Great stay to end our vacation on!

Great visit

Had a terrific time on the North Shore; this property was very good for our base. It was clean and comfortable. AC was appreciated. Kitchen was quite small but that is the nature of these types of units. I missed having a kitchen table to eat and work, but the property is as described and photos are accurate. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

This place is a gem. Great location. Easy access with a short walk to beaches at the Ritz and Roy's restaurant. Pools are warm and deep. Pickleball/tennis courts short walk away. Loved the Tommy Bahama beach chairs that are provided or use. Most importantly, this place is SUPER CLEAN! Will stay here again in the future.

Excellent property, location, value

Well equipped home for a family. Very clean and in excellent condition. Everything from cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, robes, grill, washer/dryer w detergent, keurig and regular coffee maker, magic bullet, basic starter spices etc. Easy walk to golf/tennis, Lei Lei restaurant, the beach and all Ritz restaurants. There is a market inside the Ritz Carlton with many basic food and toiletry items if you don’t want to head to Foodland. Very quiet neighborhood. We hope to be back.

Safe Haven

This was a lovely place to stay! Great location and neighborhood. The pools were perfect for us to cool off in. The whole condo was just very comfortable. The only issue was the AC in the living room. Didn't really seem to work.

Lovely stay in great location

My mom, 4 year old, and I really enjoyed this open, updated, and spacious the condo. I was attending a conference at Turtle Bay Resort and it was an easy walk to the resort. We also loved the restaurant

Loved our stay!

This was a great location - easy and beautiful walk to the hotel and right next to the golf course! (Would recommend dinner there!) We enjoyed everyone having their own space with the two bedrooms plus loft. You obviously give up the ocean view but the added space with bedrooms, kitchen and washer/dryer for a more reasonable price makes up for it.

We had a 8-month old baby with us so were happy to find beach toys and even a pack n'play in the closed! (wish we had known because we rented one and had it delivered.) We enjoyed the location - being within easy walking distance to the Resort was great. Our favorite restaurant was Lei Lei's, right next door to the condos. The beach bars were nice, too. The appliances could use updating (stove, dishwasher). We had a very enjoyable stay!

We were provided with all the essentials (and more) to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Communication with the host was prompt and professional but also very friendly and hospitable. We love Turtle Bay for its proximity to amazing beaches, surfing spots, nature walks, and a great golf course. Lots of activities good places to eat nearby. Not every rental makes you feel "at home" but this one did! We greatly appreciate that!

Reviewer Comments: A good spot for a family vacation on the North ShorePros: Very clean, large seating area for gatherings and dinners, comfortably fitted a family of four. A short walk to Turtle Bay Resort and Cove. Nice views of the golf course and large lanai. Cons: Beds are old and offer little support, air conditioning units do not work, located adjacent to main road to the resort and the resort’s maintenance building, which means traffic noise and power washing all day.Overall a good clean updated condo adjacent to the larger Turtle Bay Resort in the sleepy little north shore.

Attention to details

I think the difference between an ok stay @ an accommodation and a great stay is the attention to even the smallest of detail. With the amount that we paid for our stay, we were expected to replace things that we used. Of course, we did. I cannot expect the individual who cleans the condo to be responsible for our concerns. 1) The living room carpet is filthy. 2) No kitchen trash can. 3) The AC units in the bedrooms are so loud that it makes sleeping difficult. 4) No Kleenex in the bathrooms. 5) Difficulty with all of the TV channel changers & getting the TV to work properly. 6) ALL of the towels in the bathrooms smelled AWFUL, like they had been sitting damp in the washer for sometime then dried. Had to wash them before we used them. Were they clean to start off with? These concerns may not be a deal breaker for some however, when one pays as much as we did for accommodations & cleaning fees, you’d expect more. Please consider these concerns for future guest & your accommodations will not just be OK but exceptional.

Home away from home

Our family loved staying in this cozy place while vacationing on Oahu. It’s in a nice quite resort community that has beach access within walking distance. We enjoyed snorkeling there and took advantage of the beach towels and chairs the property owner left. We also enjoyed playing on the ukulele that was left - it was a nice touch. The kitchen was on the small side but had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the use of the fans and air conditioning as it was warm the time we visited.

Amazing comfortable place

This place was so clean and super comfortable. We all slept very well and felt rested. The location was perfect as well. Exploring north shore beaches which are wonderful for swimming and snorkeling.
