The main patio level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Hot tub (set at 104) on front patio. It is serviced after each stay.
2 kayaks provided for your use.
Bring your own life jackets.

1 room has a queen plus a set of bunk beds.
NO pull out couch.

Walk to the bottom of the driveway...and you are at the waterfront park called "Willow Point Park".

Our private free standing buoy is in front of park. 200 ft from shore.
Swim in and swim out. NO dock. The closest dock is 2 miles away at the Manson bay marina. Give them a call if you would like to reserve a spot there.
Call us if you have questions about our private buoy.
Launch your boat at Mill Bay boat launch (across from gas station) 10 minutes away. You will pass it on your arrival day.

3 night minimum stay.

No outside music past 9:00 pm PLEASE be respectful of neighbors.
No fires 🔥 allowed in fire pit by our guests.
Memorial Day to Labor Day (May to September) there is typically a fire ban during July and August.
The neighbors will call fire department. As they should. Please! NO fires.
No remote control cars on our front patio. They will ruin the stain by creating black marks that don’t come out.

Property has security cameras outside. It also has an alarm system and is monitored by ADT.

Once you step inside you will feel right at home.

Full kitchen with just about everything you need.
(pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, French press, popcorn maker, waffle maker, toaster, variety of spices, air fryer, plates, silverware, wine glasses, plastic glasses, child size dishes, blender, knives, steak knives etc.....( the fridge has an ice maker, but it can be slow, so I encourage you to buy a bag of ice.)

Propane BBQ and a charcoal BBQ
We fill 3 tanks .... if you run out, you can have it refilled or exchange at The Red Apple market in Manson.

You supply your own (napkins, paper plates) foil, zip lock, cling wrap etc...
1 roll of paper towels is provided.
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom is provided.
Bring your own Beach towels. Do not bring bath towels to the beach.

At the park below you will find playground toys, picnic tables, big trees for plenty of shade, swim area and sandy beach. We have our own private buoy for your boat or jet ski. Closet boat launch is 5 minutes away. Located across from the casino. NO WAKE zone is 300 ft from shore. Harbor Patrol frequents the park, so know the boating and jet ski rules of the lake or the neighbors will call you in.

It is a perfect getaway for any circumstance. However this home is for smaller groups. It only comfortably sleeps 6, HOWEVER, it does have options for larger groups. Reach out to owner to discuss.

Lakeview Drive In in Lake Chelan has great burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches AND milkshakes. (across from Safeway....15 minutes from our house.)

Our favorite time is spring and fall. GORGEOUS! October wineries have "The Crush" and Octoberfest in Leavenworth. The town is not so busy and restaurants are easy to get into.
“Winterfest” is always a family favorite and is held in January.
Snow, ice sculptures, bon fires, sledding etc...
February has chocolates and wine festivities

May and June are golden times to go to Lake Chelan if you want to stay away from crowds. The sun is out, the flowers are in full bloom and the park is typically quiet.
Summer time is different. The park is full July and August.

Help yourself to the backyard picnic table and yard games.
IF there is blueberries on the bushes be sure to grab a handful. Be sure to clean the BBQ after each use and leave it nice for the next guest.

The backyard sprinklers come on 3 times a day.
