An ideal location! This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo is a perfect choice for your Lake Tahoe retreat in Incline Village.


Numerous shopping and dining options are a picturesque stroll away, and the Hyatt casino resort is within walking distance from your condo. Enjoy an appetizer at Lone Eagle Grill in the dramatic bar area without breaking the bank. Lone Eagle Grill sits lakeside and provides massive windows to view the sunset while you enjoy your drink,

This Tahoe get-away has been tastefully updated with, Blu-Ray DVD player, hydronic heat, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, a large Hi-Def LCD TV, and comfortable bedding.

Guests rave about the hydroponic heating system which moisturizes the air in the condo! And the well-equipped kitchen provides all you need to prepare your special family meal. A very large Raley's is just a few blocks away.

Immaculately clean, well thought out quaint and just perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here. I thought the price point was appropriate, clearly alot of thought put into furnishings and decor. Great location, especially if you like walkable proximity to lake, eateries, comm center and library.

Great location and Clean!

Great location, so easy to get to everything we wanted to do! The owner was very responsive and gave us wonderful recommendations for lake activities. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We will go back in a heart beat !

Pleasant Stay

We had a pleasant stay this past weekend 4/16 - 4/18! Kitchen was fully stocked with key kitchen utensils/ cooking equipment. Place was nicely decorated and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Location was great and easy to get to from the Bay Area. We would stay again!

Great Incline Property for Family of 4

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The owners were easy to work with and the home was very clean. This is an older property in Incline Village, but has been well kept up. The description and pictures were very accurate.

Super Clean and Comfortable

If you want to stay on the North side of Lake Tahoe, this place is perfect. Quiet complex, clean, close to everything. Belinda was so flexible with our arrival/departure time, which meant a lot to us. I would return again.

Clean and Comfortable

Loved North Shore

Usually stay at South Shore, but this time we stayed here. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The linens and towels were top notch. Our favorite beach was Burnt Cedar and our favorite place to eat was The Log Cabin in Kings Beach. Owner was available by phone when needed and very friendly. Our next visit will be North Shore again.

The condominium is clean, quiet, with good parking and the location is great. We were able to go to Sand Harbor, take the Heavenly gondola, and there was a large assortment of places to have dinner. Belinda is communicative and attentive. I recommend buying beach passes if you want to swim because all Incline Village beaches are private.

Location was phenomenal. The apartment is just enough of what you need for a summer Tahoe Beach weekend. Only tough part is the AC didn't work quite as well as we'd like. But crack a door at night with the screen closed and you'll be fine. We will be back again!

Easy, clean, convenient, and fun

Belinda was a pleasure to work with and communicate with. This property was well stocked to meet all of our needs. The location was central to everything you want to see in Incline Village. nice, central stay

We enjoyed our stay here and Belinda is really a joy to communicate with. Super clean and nicely furnished, the condo is centrally located in Incline Village. We really didn't want for anything while staying here. An FYI that the walls are thin--the people next door had a newborn/young infant, and this mama is still attuned to that so we woke up a few times overnight hearing the baby cry. Just bring some earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Great Condo in incline!

We stayed here for the busy 4th of July weekend and loved that the condo was close to all the huddle and bussel but located on a quiet street. We walked every where or took the Hyatt shuttle which will pick you up right at the condo. The condo was clean and had everything you needed as far as linens and kitchen needs - we relaxed and watched movies and really enjoyed the thunderstorms from the down stairs sliding glass door - it was the perfect vacation! They also gave us a beach access slip to get into the private beaches its was great!! So much fun!!

Perfect getaway

The condo was clean, comfortable and a lovely place to return after a day at the beach or trail. The location was quiet and there's a grocery store within walking distance. There's also a small storage room in the carport that was perfect for storing our bikes and stand up paddle boards. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony every day while watching the birds and squirrels. It was plenty of space for us and our 14 year old daughter (thrilled to have her own room on vacation!). Thank you ! We would definitely recommend.

Sister vacation

Such a cute comfy place. My sister and I had a great time in this comfortable home. Thank you Belinda for your home. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that it was a little warm at night. Fans are provided but just leaving the sliding door open was good enough. The Location is the best!!! Quiet neighborhood, close to the supermarket, restaurants and most importantly the lake! Perfect! Definitely recommend. Belinda is so helpful. Thank you once again.

You'll love it!

My wife and I stayed a week here to ski the Tahoe areas in early Feb 2011. The owners have fully remodeled this condo and furnished it beautifully! The kitchen counter even has a built-in coffee grinder and the owners had left coffee beans! The location is superb for skiing in the winter as well as for summer vacations at the Lake Tahoe beaches. Being in Nevada, gambling casinos are available in the next town over and the shows and gambling of Reno are just a short, scenic drive away. The owners were outstanding to work with and Belinda was even willing to adjust our dates, if necessary, to accommodate a family medical problem. All in all, just a perfect week with lots of great memories!

Belinda is a fine art and travel photographer as well as a digital artist. Both have spent too many years in the hi-tech industry working for companies such as Oracle, Sun, Adobe, BEA, HP, Sybase, SGI, etc. Belinda and Stephen have three children, five grandchildren.
