Nestled in the heart of incline village this picturesque complex offers a perfect retreat for you and your family. This spacious two bedroom two bath upper level unit surrounded by mature trees and embraces you with a private patio to escape. The unit offers a sofa sleeper, three flat screen t.V’s, dvd player bbq, free wi-fi and much more

The location of the unit is perfect as you are within walking distance to three private beaches, beautiful lake tahoe, two championship golf courses, close to the hyatt hotel/casino, several bars/restaurants, bowling alley, movie theater, starbucks, and recreation center complete with full gym, basketball court, indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, disc golf course, and yoga/pilates studio.

-5 minute drive to diamond peak ski resort - free shuttles to local ski resorts
-detached garage for 1 car, with passes for two additional cars in guest parking
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and flat screen tv.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a flat screen tv.
The living room has a sofa sleeper and a flat screen tv with dvd player. The unit has a fireplace in the living room to keep you warm on those cold winter nights.
The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you will need. For your convenience the unit includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker as well as tea kettle, popcorn popper, toaster, blender, full set of utensils and dishes, plus a washer and dryer in the unit.


No pets, no smoking allowed anywhere on the mccloud property, no cancellations 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellations 60 days prior to arrival june-sept, Christmas or new year’s.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we could need. It’s the perfect location for all the activities we enjoy and close to family that we were visiting. Our host was friendly and helpful with the check-in process.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and clearly family-friendly. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen essentials, which made meals easy, and the host provided clear, helpful instructions for everything. The location was great—close to all the activities and numerous amenities in Incline Village. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. Location is very convenient and owner was very communicative. Gas fireplace and communal hot tub were excellent. Furnishings are a bit outdated and washer/dryer did not work particularly well.

One of the best properties!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. This is one of the best VRBO properties we stayed. The location is close to everything. The property had everything we need and its very cozy. I would definitely stay here in future.

Neat place with great location

Cozy, clean and near the beach

We enjoyed our stay in this house! Comfy bed and nice patio for morning coffee. Super close to the beach. The internet was funky, but after resetting the box it worked. Would stay here again.

We have stayed at this property in McCloud a number of times. We like the convenience of the location, the grounds/environment, the easy access to beaches and restaurants, as well as the condo itself. We will be back.

Great condo in Incline Village

This was a ski trip. The condo was stocked with needed kitchen items and a good amount of basic seasoning. The hot tub is a little hard to find at first but once we figured it out was a very short walk. Pat does a great job of communicating when asked a question. I would definitely stay again.

Snowy getaway

So clean and comfortable. Very spacious for two couples. Cozy with the gas fireplace. Many thoughtful touches. The walk to the lake was easiest down the road, but we did manage to snowshoe there thru a nice park across the street from our lodging. About 20 minute drive to Mt Rose for good snowshoeing and sledding areas.

Very Cute and clean

Very nice, clean and roomy. We had two adults and three teenagers and we had plenty of room. We were in walking distance to restaurants, beaches, stores & Starbucks. Plenty of hiking and golf courses in the area. If we wanted to leave we were around 25 minutes from south shore where we were able to zip line up at Heavenly. It is a very quiet condo complex.

Absolutely adorable

We just loved this condo. Mattresses were wonderful. We slept better there then at home. Walking distance to beach and grocery store. Pat the owner is VERY quick to respond to email. Love that. Interior is kinda dated but I like that!! Makes me feel like I'm Tahoe!! 5 stars for sure

Unclean property, unhelpful host

There were hairs and visible stains on the bedding in multiple bedrooms. Also hairs on surfaces throughout the unit. It was obvious the unit had not been cleaned prior to us arriving. We have an 11 month old baby and didn’t feel comfortable staying somewhere that had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly. The WiFi was also unavailable. We messaged the host about both these issues and they insisted that the unit had been cleaned and had no solution for the WiFi. We tried to get support multiple times and eventually got no replies from the host.We reached out to VRBO to try and get a refund since the host was unresponsive and was not offering to have the unit cleaned. They were not able to help at all as they had to wait for the host to contact them and the host stopped all communication. We had to find a different place to stay. Completely ridiculous situation and a terrible start to our vacation.

We stayed in this property for few nights around Christmas.The amenities were functional as described - fireplace, dishwasher, TV, washer/dryer etc. The owner was responsive and allowed us to check-in a couple of hours earlier.We were traveling with a 4 year old and cleanliness no-pets is imp to us.The plates, bowls and knives were not clean. They had food residue that had dried. We washed all the utensils by hand before using for the remainder of the trip.We were very disappointed to find the house (couches, cushions, beds, blankets, carpet around the house) covered in dog hair. It was disgusting.This property has a no-pet policy, we were very surprised to find the state of the property.On informing the property owner, they sent their cleaners the next morning. While the cleaning helped but it could not remove a majority of the dog hair. We spent the remaining days keeping off the couch in the living room, keeping our child off the carpets as much as possible and pulling out our dog hair from our clothes and food. The owner let us know her relative had stayed there with their dogs. Also, they offered to a small fraction as refund for dry cleaning. While I appreciate responsiveness from the owner, we were not able to use a lot of the facilities and were quite unhappy with the poor cleanliness of this property. Would not recommend.

Tahoe Trip

This was a family trip. Overall the property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the condo got a little hot during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
