SEC Station ~ Efficient & Cozy for a small group!

Welcome to The SEC Station, located in a sparkling new complex! Features include two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping 4 guests comfortably. The beautifully designed open floor plan includes a large comfy couch, which is perfect for late-night conversations with friends or relaxing to watch the big game! Cozy beds and new linens ensure you have a great night’s sleep while staying in SEC Station.

The fully furnished kitchen makes cooking dinner a breeze! The open space also provides a nice flow between the kitchen, eating bar, and living room. Rise and shine to find a variety of coffees at our homey coffee bar and slip onto the balcony to enjoy an amazing sunrise! SEC Station also offers a communal pool in the complex, so feel free to head down and take a dip!

Looking for things to do in Aggieland? Take a short drive … SEC Station sits a mere 5 minutes away from historic downtown Bryan, where you are sure to discover a myriad of antique shops, boutique stores, top-rated restaurants, and local craft beer! Plus, every Saturday enjoy locally grown produce from the Brazos Valley farmer’s market. How about a date weekend with your honey? Enjoy dinner and a movie at the Queen Theater for special showings in Downtown Bryan. Or, if you are in town for a Texas Aggie sporting event, you are only a short 12-minute drive from Kyle field, as well as all the festivities Northgate nightlife has to offer!

The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance which records audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
SEC Station

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets. Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if the Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed, prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information located in pet addendum.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in the parking lot. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.


9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.

11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (1 in each bathroom) and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED and placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: Are not allowed.

16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guest may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.

Great Stay
I was in town with my elderly parents for a funeral. The location was perfect for where we needed to be in town. The apartment is so quiet and clean and much more comfortable than two hotel rooms, which we were also considering. It was a great experience for my parent's first VRBO stay.
