Cozy Cow | 4 Bed, 2 Bath

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. Our rental is sparkling clean and tastefully decorated to ensure you have a relaxing stay. The main floor has a kitchen equipped for your basic cooking and baking needs, a dining room with seating for six, a living room, and one full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the other three have queen-sized beds. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in one of the bedroom closets.

Outside, you'll find a charming barnyard with animals, a play set, and a gorgeous saltwater pool with an expansive deck. Please note that the pool will be closed starting October 7 and will reopen on May 12, 2026.

For your convenience, if your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer a complimentary 6:00 PM Sunday check-out. It's our way of saying thank you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Kindly remember to clean up after your dog by picking up any feces before your departure.

- Please be aware that there will be a $50.00 fee per pet.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

The property was wonderful! It was just as described. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more!! The host communicated well and made sure we knew he was available if there were any problems. No problems here. Just a cozy, warm, inviting house that immediate felt like home! Loved every minute we were there

This is an adorable farm home on a functioning farm. All amenities were provided - including toiletries, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were very kind and communicated well!

This was our family's third year staying here. This was voted on every year as the place everyone wanted to go to.Family members are spread out in different states and it's a great place for everyone including grandkids to get to spend quality time with each other. We will be back!

Beautiful scenic property. Peaceful yet close to the battlefields and downtown Gettysburg. We especially loved sitting on the big front porch and watching the horses. Our stay was in October so the pool area was closed as expected. The house and property were both very clean.

The home was very beautiful. They had 2 young colts they were so cute when they kicked up the pasture. Didnt get close enough to pett one but the mother enjoyed me scratching her ears and feeding her grass.The night sky was even more beautiful to gaze at the stars. We all enjoyed our visit!

The pool and outdoor space were amazing! We appreciated the s'mores supplies & the late check out on Sunday. The farmhouse has some old house features that are a bit funky.

A Relaxing Getaway

If you want a place with lots of room, quiet, horses playing in the field, and a pool, this is it. You're not too far away from Gettysburg, but you're not smack in the middle of the hubbub. Can't recommend enough. Oh, but there's no TV. It makes it a better experience, but you need to be prepared going in.

Great place for relaxation

This property is so peaceful. We had toddlers to adults and everyone had a great time. The hostess was very nice and they provide a lot of amenities other places do not, ie coffee, eggs, milk, creamer, ziploc bags, etc. The property was very clean and well maintained. It is not far from the Gettysburg mainline and is a great place to relax after walking all day. Highly recommended.

If we could give more stars we would! We can’t say enough about our stay from being so accommodating to the fresh milk, strawberries, eggs and beautiful bouquet of flowers that were left for us. The property was immaculate. The surroundings and yard are serene, private and post card perfect! We even were lucky enough to have a foal born when we were staying there. We would recommend this property to everyone!

Beautiful home

We stayed here four nights in May and it was fantastic! The location is beautiful—both the home and the farm it is located on. It was about 15 minutes from downtown Gettysburg but it felt remote. It was quiet, relaxed and everything we needed. The owners even provided us with milk and eggs from the farm as well as firewood and s’mores ingredients. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Great House and Property

Stayed with a group of 8 for a weekend of fun. The house was big enough for everyone and the property was nice. Would prefer to be in town for easier walking, but we were only 5 miles down the road. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing house

We stayed here and got ready for my wedding in the morning! It was so cozy, and very spacious! The bedrooms were well decorated and everything felt very clean and tidy. The location was beautiful! The host was great and checked in with us to see how things were going, much appreciated! 10/10 recommend staying here if you have the chance!

Amazing stay

The house and surrounding farm are absolutely stunning! The house is cozy, comfortable and offers everything you could possibly hope for in a vacation property. The perfect getaway to enjoy family and friends. My wife and I hated to leave!
