The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with its own private bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and access to a shared hallway bathroom. For additional guests, there is a spacious sofa bed in the living room, making the maximum occupancy for the unit 6 people.

Step outside onto the pathway that winds through the resort`s lush eighteen-hole putting course and you`ll find yourself just a short stroll away from the sparkling waters of the Sea of Cortez. Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and includes all the necessary appliances for your convenience - refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, and all the glasses, pots, pans, and silverware you will need. Enjoy filtered water from the Reverse Osmosis system at the sink. The unit also has air conditioning and heating, as well as a washer and dryer in the laundry room for your use.

As a guest at Casa Blanca, you will have access to all of the resort`s amenities including three swimming pools, one of which overlooks the beach, an exercise trail, gas and charcoal barbecue grills in the picnic areas, a beach volleyball court, and the public beach with its palapas and palm trees. For any assistance or needs during your stay, your host, who lives in Rocky Point full time, will be available to help through call, text, or email.

Casa Blanca is a gated community with round-the-clock guards, ensuring your safety and peace of mind. In addition to the putting course and pools, the resort also has a large parking lot just steps away from the front door of the condo. From there, it`s just a short walk through the resort to reach the pristine, uncrowded beach.

Located in the popular Sandy Beach area, Casa Blanca offers the perfect location for your Rocky Point vacation. Just a short drive away, you`ll find an array of delicious seafood restaurants, lively bars, and unique shopping opportunities.

Please note that guests are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the Casa Blanca Homeowner`s Association. Additionally, wristbands must be worn at all times while on the property, and these will be issued upon check-in. Our rates are set for 4 guests, so please book your reservation for the total number of guests staying in the condo. Any additional guests will result in an additional fee.

Early check-in (standard is 3:00 PM) depends on availability. It’s free starting at 2:00 PM. Earlier arrivals require a fee for rush cleaning:
