First of all, I gave you the code. You however didn’t use it properly because it worked for me when you left. As far as anything else You listed, I was not aware since you did not tell me and it has been rented before w no issues. I could have easily turned the bulb in the lamp for it to work correctly. The water also is extremely Hot, maybe you didn’t kno how To work that either. My listing specially specifies dogs under 20 lbs. your dog was obviously NOT under 20 lbs…….but I let it go. You did not follow rules and I could’ve cancelled your reservation and didn’t. Sunbathing in the front yard is no respect to other neighbors around. There was a huge back yard for that. I checked in with you a few times and you said everytihng was ok so to write this after the fact is news to me.
