The Center Village at Copper Mountain Resort is steps from your door at this cozy, comfortable, one-bedroom condo. The evergreen setting is relaxing and scenic, yet you'll be just about 500 feet from the American Eagle lift, the Continental Divide Trail, and an assortment of restaurants, shops, and apres-ski spots.

This condo is conveniently situated on the ground floor of the complex, with views of the woods and mountains to greet you as you set off on your morning walks to the slopes, the Copper Creek Golf Course, or the Rocky Mountain Coaster.

On summer afternoons, come home to relax in the alpine sunshine on the front porch. In the winter months, shed your gear by the front door, curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace, and choose a movie to watch on the living room TV (with cable and streaming capability). When dinnertime rolls around, you can either walk into the Center Village for a night out or prepare and enjoy your favorite dishes at home in the open kitchen and dining space for four.

Additional features include a light-filled bedroom with its own TV, a full bathroom, and free WiFi service throughout the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
