Relaxing heaven
We loved our stay at villa Amour, the view of Anse des Cases is stunning. The house has a direct access to the beach, yet offers quietness and privacy. Our stay was very relaxing. The house is as described, well equiped and very easy to live in. Our host was very responsive and we are very grateful to Joana for her kindness. We would happily come back.

Amazing Stay
We had an amazing stay in this wonderful house on the beach. I wouldn't change anything about it! Everything was clean, well designed, and homey. Joce was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make us feel at home. The pool was my favorite part. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay in Paradise
Jocelyn and Corinne were lovely hosts, the welcome in the villa was refreshing, thank you for the welcome drinks... The view of the bay is magnificent, we loved the gazebo facing the sea for morning coffee or the sunset. The private access to the beach allowed us to enjoy the pleasure of the loungers in front of the villa without having to take the car. A 3-minute walk away, we discovered the very pleasant Manapany Spa and restaurant.The villa is truly centrally located, close to restaurants and bars.The surprise was our favorite bakery, "La Petite Colombe," just on the hill above, great for morning breakfast.Thanks to Ernest, the neighboring taxi driver, who guided us around the island in the evening and dropped us off safely after the Nikki Beach Club.We will return in February 2026.

Excellent Property
We had an amazing time at Villa Amour. The house is very comfortable and very clean, with very nice decor. The views are fantastic. It feels very relaxing and private while being close to everything. Jocelyn took care of every detail, communication was perfect. We enjoyed the beach to the left of the villa, the kids enjoyed the sand and paddle boarding there. Excellent vacation at Villa Amour. We will be back!

Great St Barths Trip
The Villa is so comfortable and private. The manager and people taking care of the villa were really attentive. The beach in Anse De Cayes is not the best swimming beach but there are areas that you can get in the ocean. Every thing was as advertised and any issues were handled promptly. As a long time St Barths traveler we had a Great time.

I think you are talking about Marigot beach where you told us you got lost one day: (a beach entirely surrounded by rocks) because if you had made the effort to push the door that leads to the beach, opposite at the villa, you would have seen that it is possible to lie on the sand and bathe on the left and right of the beach, in front of the Hotel Manapany, as shown in the photos.
I will guide you with pleasure towards the beach which facing the villa during your next stay at Christmas.

Couldn't have had a better stay
Incredible property! Loved the privacy of it and the house manager Genevieve was just amazingly helpful at every turn. Beach is a bit non-functional directly behind property due to coral and sea urchins, but you won't miss it a bit with all the other beach options and/or the wonderful pool there. Would stay here again in a minute.

no bather barbecues in front of the villa, nor does he drop his underwear when changing in front of our fence, as can happen on other beaches ... , it is of course possible to swim a few steps to the left or right of the beach, as GeneviĆØve indicated...

Villla Amour is a stylish, idyllic, beachfront villa with a spectacular view out over the Anse des Cayes. The house is open, bright, and comfortable. The well-designed deck and garden area ensure privacy and quiet. You will be tempted to spend all day by the infinity pool, relaxing and being absorbed by the view. But, the villa is also perfectly located to explore St. Barthelemy. Angela, the villa's very helpful and friendly local caretaker, is a wonderful sources of suggestions for exploring the island's dramatic beaches and good restaurants. Truly a five star property and experience.

Beautiful property and location, with everything we needed. As mentioned by others the beach can only be entered down by the Manapany eco lodge, but that was easily offset by the fact that the beach was private and secluded. Finally, as can happen, one of the air conditioners had issues the 2nd day we were there. Joycelyn had someone in to fix it completely within an hour or two. Nice to know they were so responsive in such a timely manner

Private Paradise Getaway
Very private immaculate villa with absolutely amazing view! You can tell the owners take great care of the property. Well manicured with beautiful flowers and private parking.
We spent the majority of our time outside on the deck taking in the scenery. There are areas both to sunbathe as well as sit in the shade and relax. In the morning we would watch the beautiful sunrise and in the evenings have dinner on the outside table, watching the airplanes and sailboats.
Our experience with the owner and with the property was outstanding from start to finish. Highly highly recommend this villa rental.

St Bart Villa
Just returned from a week's vacation in St Barts. We had a great time. This villa was a perfect option. We were very close to the main town activities (less than 10 min.) as well as all the nearby beaches. The villa itself was very well appointed and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful prior to our arrival and also during our stay. Constant communication which is very nice to have should any issues arise. We have been traveling to the Carribean for almost 20 years and stayed in many villas. This one was certainly at the top of the list.

Great Place - Dissapointed with check out
This house is beautiful and location is great. Pascal was very nice and accommodating when we were delayed 5 hours arriving.
My one complaint is they charged us a not insignificant amount to repair some minor dents in the tile in the kitchen. We have no recollection of making them and they could have easily been there beforehand. They were very small. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Private Villa on the Beach to Paradise āļø
The photos donāt even begin to do villa Amour justice.
The view is spectacular and the ocean and mountains are much closer than they appear in the photos. There is a very private and serene feel as this part of the island is less populated with fewer touristsā¦
We could have literally stayed at the villa all day long floating in the pool looking at the magnificent view of the Ocean and the sky day and night.
The beach is in front of us and we bathed on the left: family beach and on the right :surfers beach, where we recommend breakfast at the Manapany Hotel spa in the morning.
The hosts and housekeeper are lovely. š
The decor was perfect. The home was immaculate.
Thanks to Julien Joce's son, who made us discover the cruise at sunset and a swim from his boat: magical moment š
We were sad to leave this paradise and hope to return again soon.

The property was gorgeous, in a great location, easy to find and park etc... Maud was incredible !
We had a great time and it was very relaxing. The home was totally updated and had all the amenities. The only things we were disappointed in was that the pool was cold to us. I don't know if it was from the rain prior to our arrival but it never warmed up. I never swam. A heater might be nice! When I go to the islands I expect very warm water. We were also not comfortable in the beds. They were very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were not soft. Other than that it was a beautiful place! Regarding the bed: it is a pity that you have waited 17 days, and left the villa to notify this remark, our mattresses have a firm face and a soft face ,the majority of our guests prefer the firm side, you just had to tell it to Maud to have the mattress on the soft face to be comfortably installed.Concerning the rain, actually when it rains, the tempƩrature dicreases, but still being at the Listening to my guests, I will install a pool heater on March . I hope you will have opportunity to try the heated pool in futur, the comfort of my guests is a priority for me.

Paradise, improved!
We have just returned from our third stay at Villa Amour. As other reviewers have said, there are very few Villas directly on the beach in St. Barth's. This one cannot be any closer. Anse de Cayes is something of a locals neighborhood, within a 5 minute drive of St. Jean, the market, the airport, etc. It is at most 10 minutes drive from Gustavia. So when we found the house - quite by accident - several years ago, we were convinced that the humble little 2 BR villa was perfectly located, and we were happy to eschew the glitter of the more modern and chic hillside villas elsewhere on the island. THEN, because they are brilliant, the owners conducted an incredible renovation of the entire villa, opening up the rooms, modernizing all of the furniture and kitchen to the top of the line, across the board. The house may now be one of the best on the island. It is perfect for 2 couples or a family with 2 or 3 small children. It is perfectly equipped. When the renovations of the Manapany Hotel down the beach are complete, I am not sure there would be any reason to leave Anse de Cayes. Thanks to Jacky and Francoise for their help and hospitality, and congratulations to the owners for such a creative update to such a unique place. We will be back!
