Welcome to our beautiful lakefront cabin on Table Rock Lake. EVERYTHING you need for a FUN and JOYFUL family vacation!
Take advantage of fishing, swimming and boating (community boat ramp in neighborhood). Located close to Black Oak Amphitheater, Dogwood Canyon, Baxter Marina and more! Spend your evenings relaxing with a beautiful view and grilling on the spacious wrap around deck. The space This cabin is located close to Baxter marina, Dogwood Canyon, Black Oak Amphitheater, Port of Kimberling, Silver Dollar City, Branson attractions and much more!!
Cabin Layout-
Main floor: -Kitchen -Living Room -Bedroom #1 (King size bed and attached bathroom) -Bedroom # 2 (King size bed) -Full bath -Outdoor deck with patio furniture
Lower Level: -Living Room -Kitchen -Bedroom #5 (King size bed with attached bathroom) -Bedroom #6 (Two double size beds) -Full Bath -Outdoor deck with patio furniture
**We do offer the top unit (4 bedrooms (5 beds)/4 bathrooms) for a lower price that will sleep only 10. Please message me if interested.**

**Outdoor Security Cameras on Property**
**Stone Country requires a 3% lodging tax to be collected with every booking -this is calculated only off the nightly rate. Once you have booked, this payment request will be sent and will need to be paid for separately.**
Cabin Rules **Signed Rental Agreement and Valid Government Issued ID Required after booking**
-No Parties -No smoking or vaping allowed inside cabin -Must be at least 25 years old to book -Please respect our neighbors (Quiet time 10pm-7am) -No pets/animals allowed in cabin due to allergies -Please leave the place like you found it -Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper -Please use dark towels for removing make-up (not white towels!)
Terms and Conditions
**It is your responsibility to read carefully. By booking, you are contractually agreeing to honor ALL cabin rules. Booking guest is responsible for the cabin and all possessions therein.
**The person booking must be 25 years of age (Owner may require a government issued ID to be provided prior to receiving access to cabin)
1. Party Members (MAX 16 Guests)
-Person booking the property must occupy property during the rental dates. No third party bookings allowed. If a third party books the property and does not stay, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund to the guest.
-Price of staying includes ONLY booked guests. No one else can be present at any time, day or night, without prior discussion and advance permission.
-All persons listed on the Rental Agreement or added subsequently by The Renter will be bound by the terms of this agreement. Occupancy of this property is restricted to those names listed on the Agreement. The Rental Applicant is considered to be the Lead Renter and will assume full responsibility for all members of the Rental Group throughout the rental period. Information or instructions relating to this rental will be communicated to the Rental Applicant only and not to any third-party member of the Rental Group.
**No parties allowed. If a party occurs, the owner reserves the right to cancel reservation without refund to guest.
2. Occupancy of the Property
-Regardless of the published maximum number of persons a property can accommodate, the number of guests staying at the property is strictly limited to the number of guests on your specific Rental Agreement.
-Should Owner receive notice that there are additional Vacationers/guests staying on the premises which were not disclosed, a minimum of $500 fine will be charged for each undisclosed person. Guest agrees to pay without dispute.
-Owner reserves the right to cancel reservation with no refund to guest at any time if more guests are staying than stated on the reservation.
3. Condition of the Property
The Property has been inspected prior to you occupying and therefore The Renter undertakes to:
-Notify The Owner immediately with regard to any damage and/or maintenance issues that require attention
-Keep the property and all furniture in or about the property in the same state of repair and condition as found at the commencement of the rental
-The Renter shall follow the departure instructions provided by The Owner
4. Use of Internet
-No illegal downloading is permissible, and a charge may be levied if this is discovered. It is The Renter’s responsibility to check for restrictions before commencing any download.
5. Smoking
-Smoking or vaping anywhere inside (strict) of ANY substance! Smoking is permitted outside only. Please dispose of cigarettes appropriately. By booking, guest agrees to pay a minimum of a $2,500 fine if anyone in the groups smokes or vapes inside. Guest agrees to pay without dispute.
5. Pets
-No Vacationer or Vacationer guest pets are allowed in or on the premises due to allergies. If a guest brings a pet or animal, guest will forfeit their security deposit and the remainder of the stay will be canceled with no refund. Guest agrees to rule without dispute.
6. Garbage
The Renter is responsible for bringing the garbage to trash cans in the driveway. Trash day is Monday.
7. Equipment and Facilities Provided
Equipment and facilities are provided at the discretion of The Owner. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that such equipment is in working condition for the duration of the rental period, should a breakdown or some other situation occur that renders a non-essential element unusable, the Owner does not take responsibility for replacing or refunding The Renter for the lack of use of these equipment or facilities. The equipment and other facilities referred to include, but are not exclusive to, the golf cart and televisions. The Renter must report any inoperative or defective equipment to The Owner promptly. The Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible. While every attempt will be made to ensure that all advertised equipment and appliances are in working condition at the commencement of a rental period, no refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of dishwasher, washer, dryer, golf cart or TV.
8. Refunds
If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing, and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made. This does not apply to system breakdown caused by misuse. The Owner is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical systems caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond his control. Similarly, there will be no refunds for inclement weather, changes in water levels, conditions at neighboring properties, or any nuisance afforded by the natural elements of the location.
9. Host is not liable for and cannot be sued or held responsible for any accidents, falls, injuries, sicknesses, etc. that may happen. Guests are responsible for their own medical treatment/bills no matter what the cause.
10. Tampering with, turning off, or disabling any security equipment around the house (WiFi router, exterior security cameras) will result in the security deposit and entire reservation being forfeited without refund.
11. As a guest, you are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the same condition it was in when you arrived. It is the guests responsibility to leave the cabin and yard tidy. Before checking out, clean up all messes. Additional cleaning fees apply if messes are left. Guest agrees to pay without dispute.
12. Guests are expected to honor the neighborhood by keeping noise to reasonable levels. Quiet time is 10pm-7am. Disrespectful, rude, unruly, out of control or overly noisy bookings will be terminated without refund and forfeiting deposit. Guest agrees without dispute.
14. Damages to property- Cabin is inspected after each guest. If any damages occur to the interior or exterior of the cabin due to negligence on guests behalf, the guest agrees to pay for repairs without dispute.

-Make sure all kitchen appliances have been turned off (coffee pot, stove, oven etc) -Turn off ceiling fans and lights in all rooms -Return all furniture, pillows, and games to original locations -Remove perishable food items from refrigerator and freezer -Place all bagged garbage in trash cans in driveway -Set thermostat to 76 degrees (Air conditioning in Summer Months) or 55 degrees (Heat in Fall/Winter Months) -Close and lock all windows and doors -Return patio furniture to original locations -Ensure that propane to BBQ grill is in OFF position -Ensure that propane to fire pit is in OFF position

Awesome stay
We always stay with a big group, and this place fit all of us comfortably with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house was very nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay for our family!
Beautiful home with lots of space for the family. We had a great time and the kids and grandkids are already asking if we can come back again next year! Would recommend this property for family vacations and if you want to build lasting memories!

Perfect home away from home
Beautiful rustic home with plenty of room for the entire family. Centrally located to area attractions and close to numerous marinas. This lakeside property was great for a family swim anytime.

Everything was very good at the property with only the exception that there were several wasp nests and two of my family members got stung. Would only recommend that an exterminator treat the home on a regular basis. Thank you and will be very likely to stay at the facility again

Lovely place
This is a very nice house. I was very pleased with how clean it was, and I am very picky. Nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. The path down to the lake is a bit rough, and getting into the water is a challenge with all the rocks, but nice to have direct access to the lake. Also, nice and close to Baxter Marina.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful vacation and the property was great and exactly what we were looking for! Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our large family! The only drawback was the stairs down to the lake. It’s quite a workout! But we made do and it was a great week with everything we needed!

Perfect place for a large family
This house was perfect for our family trip! We had 14 people, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. With two kitchens, two refrigerators, two grills, and two large decks, everything was easy and convenient. The beach access is a bit steep, especially for our older family members, but a hiking stick made it manageable. The house sits on a quiet cove with calm, deep water, which made paddle boarding right off the beach a highlight. The kids played air hockey and fuse ball every day too. If you’re thinking about booking this place, just do it—you won’t regret it.

Family vacation
This lakeside property is perfect for a large family. We had 11 people coming and going during our weeklong stay. Room to commune as well as escape when needed. The short walk to the lake might be difficult for someone with mobility issues; our group, including a 66 year old female, had no issues. BEAUTIFUL interior and living spaces. Owner was VERY responsive when contacted.

Absolutely perfect!!
We were in Branson with our daughter and son and their families. This cabin was perfect! The lay out allowed each family unit to have their own space while we were all in the same place for "together" time. We were there for a week and there was not a single "I wish we had this or that" or "it would have been better if..." the whole time we were there. We have already talked about coming back in warm weather to enjoy all the other things to be offered there at the lake and plan to return to this cabin.
