THE HOUSE
The home is located on 3 maintained acres in a quiet rural neighborhood with 600’ of waterfront to explore during the day and stunning sunsets every night. A large elevated deck overlooks the main channel and lower patio with firepit has access to a large yard with gazebo that leads to the lake. House comes with outdoor gas grill, 2 car garage. Enjoy the lakeview from the deck, on the shore, or bring a boat and explore all Table Rock has to offer. Our close proximity to Cricket Creek Marina is perfect for keeping your boat at their nightly slip rental dock, or rent a pontoon boat and take the everyone out for the day.


THE SPACE
Home is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for a large group including a double convection oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator. Kitchen has a coffee maker, Keurig machine with Frother and K-Cup Pods. Essentials provided include basic spices, paper products, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and firewood. All bathrooms are stocked with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels of all types.

Pets are not allowed. We love pets but due to allergy issues with family members and guest we have to enforce our no pet policy.

AGE
This is a family friendly home in a quiet neighborhood. Guests must be 25 years of age with the exception of minors and children who must be with parent.

SMOKING POLICY
No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home and all trash must be put in proper receptacles.
