***This vacation home includes an extra large lawn level family living guest area. This large lower living room/play has plenty of room to meet your guests and extended family needs w an extra queen size sleigh Bed & laundry facilities, including pull-out sofa bed sectional, extra Graco Porta cribs for toddlers, that will offer you more privacy and extra space to spread out during family celebrations & longer stays.
Additional fees: above 8 guests a charge of $35.00/per person per night will be added.
Guest requiring use of the second Garden Level Suite downstairs/ The Housekeeper charges $195 to prep and clean the second suite.

Garden level Suite: Enjoy the extra tables and counter top surfaces: solid cherry wood cabinetry, glass tilework, engineered granite and commercial stainless steel countertops next to the open plan living, dining area complete with a 50' Panasonic 1080P 2D/3D plasma flat screen, sofa sectionals & double pullout bed. NOTE:
A] due to our quiet retiree neighborhood, Vistabay is NOT recommended for large group celebrations/ nor partying or high energy music- and or unsupervised children. Guest must stay within the marked property boundaries[ white wood staked markers] and not disturb neighboring properties. Any requests or concerns maybe assisted by our on island manager.
