Petite Barn

This is a "Studio" apt. High ceilings, big windows. It is directly under the upstairs Barn unit . Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to sound. Located on a dirt road,in the country on 2 1/2 acres,just minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Central Coast. This is a cozy space, with a coffee pot , microwave,tea pot, toaster, small fridge, t.v, wifi. Dogs are permitted with an addition $65 per pet fee. All dogs are never to be unattended in unit Large glass sliding doors overlook pool
The space
The Studio Barn is located in the country. It is on a dirt road, so if you have severe allergies to pollen or dirt, it is not the place for you. It is in the country!! The space is very bright & light, with high ceilings. The bed is a Cal King , very comfortable.There is a rooster across the street, who crows at random hours...haha hopefully you will like that:)
Guest access
You will have access to the pool, jaquzzi and BBQ. You will have access to walk the grounds, and enjoy the gazebos for meditation or relaxing. You will have access to the washer/dryer in the garage
Other things to note
check in is 3PM and If Im not around, no worries, just let yourself in at your leisure......I can always leave the sliding doors open for you.
