Grand Haven Weekend Getaway

Fantastic place to stay! Loved being on the water and the free trolley downtown and to the beach made getting around easy. The gift basket was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.

Quiet place, conveniently located

Able to get to most anything in Spring Lake, Grand Haven area easily. Worked from the table facing the water view, cooked meals in for my son and myself. Comfortable bed.

Great little place in a great location! The Tri-Cities offers a ton of options!

We had a great time in this condo and loved the access to biking/walking paths, water views, the Holiday Inn pool, and all the fun in the area. Spring Lake now has three breweries! Who would've thought it? The condo itself was clean, well appointed, and had plenty of room for us to have guests over, serve dinner and be comfortable. Sandee was always available for us if we had any questions (we only had a couple). Kick back and enjoy your time in Spring Lake. We certainly did.

Great Time.

Owner very helpful. This was a last minute, so I could attend the US Coast Guard Festival in Grand Haven, MI. Unit met our needs, great location. Unit was clean, and provided everything we needed. All went well Thank you,

Perfection!

This property was great for us! The location is central to so much & right on the water. The decor is beautiful & we had everything we needed. Sandee was wonderful about prompt communication & very helpful with everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I had a great long weekend getaway after moving my son into GVSU. The condo is exactly like the pictures. Very quiet and relaxing complex. Just a short 10 minute drive to Grand Haven State Park. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the Spring Lake and Grand Haven area. Would definately stay here again. Booked this literally the night before our arrival. The owner responded quickly and was very accommodating, which we greatly appreciated!

Great Home Base!

Our host was very communicative throughout the booking and check in process. She provided a lovely gift basket of beverages and snacks for when we arrived. The condo was stocked with initial paper and soap supplies and was very clean. Great location, close to all Tri-Cities attractions. Plus privileges at the nearby Holiday Inn!

Excellent location

The location was perfect, right on the dock. The condo was tired and needed updating. The kitchen and bathroom although very clean, needed to be replaced. The owner was easy to work with.

Overall, a very nice stay.

Nice, clean condo on a marina. Pros: easy to find, right on the water, felt safe, walking distance to the Holiday Inn for hot tub, pool, brewery, etc. Close to downtown Grand Haven. First floor so we could bring in groceries easily, play in the "backyard." Laundry right in the kitchen so easy access. Nice water pressure. Dishwasher! Sheets were a high thread count... this is very important to me. Owner left us a gift basket with my favorite bottle of wine. The patio area was a nice feature. Open kitchen to the family room. The kids could sit at the counter as I made them breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enough pots, pans, plates, etc. so I could actually cook. A nice little selection of books for vacation-type reading. This is something I had forgotten to bring. Quiet. Cons: the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, even with the foam mattress topper provided. My back hurt for a week afterwards. The bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable, though. The air conditioner had a broken compressor for the first three days of the stay. When we let the owner know, she was responsive and sent someone right away to fix it.

Clean, comfortable, great location

Stayed here in mid-July 2016 for three nights. Very well maintained condo. Convenient to downtown and local restaurants. Waterfront is a beautiful setting. Ideal for a two people (couple), maybe one more on fold-out couch. Kitchen has basic stock of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, etc. Bedding and towels provided, but we brought our own just in case. Owner was very easy to work with. Neighbors were quiet and polite. Previous reviews mention uncomfortable mattress in bedroom. Mattress has been replaced - very comfy.

Mill Point Condo

The Mill Point Condo was perfect for our family vacation! We enjoyed the beaches when we could but when the water was cold, it was nice to have the access to the indoor and outdoor pool at the Holiday Inn. The condo was clean and well kept. Beautiful location close to grand haven and the north beach park. We also did some hiking and fishing and everything was within walking distance or a short drive. It was a very relaxing vacation. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Convenient location

It was nice to stay at this location, and the place was clean and neat. The internet did not actually work and and we had a little trouble with the thermostat buttons sticking.

Mill Point Condo in Spring Lake

We just got back and totally enjoyed our stay. My grandson loved the boats along the boardwalk. This location was great, close to some good restaurants and there was a park nearby (actually several) which we visited daily. The complex was quiet. The condo was very accommodating and comfortable. My daughter in law's family, lives in Michigan, and they are interested in renting one of these condos next year.

Great little condo in great location

We just got back from our Grand Haven/Spring Lake vacation and we had such a wonderful time! My husband, myself, and our two young boys were visiting family in the area and wanted a place of our own. We originally looked into staying at the Holiday Inn, but found this condo and thought we would give it a try. This condo gave us the amenities of the hotel (pool, fitness room, etc) but TONS more space than a tiny hotel room. This is not the most updated or modern place, but it fit our needs perfectly for an excellent price. Four people fit just fine. It was clean, close to everything, and had a gorgeous view. We were very pleased with this place and hope to come back the next time we are visiting family.

Great location

Owner was very nice and was easy to get ahold of throughout our stay. Location was dynamic! The negatives were the bed was not very comfortable and the couch felt like you were being catapulted off of it. The condo was clean and had everything else we needed, except hair dryer. Bring yours! The condo met our needs for our mini vacation away from the hustle and bustle at home.
