We've always been enamored with Florida, specifically Disney World, and all the adventure and memories it has held for us through the years. In 2003 it became significant in our history as I proposed to my wife, Colleen, on the white-sand beach of Disney's Contemporary Resort. Ever since I took a knee, we've come back often to expand on the memories Disney had to offer, becoming DVC Members in 2012 and choosing our Home resort to be Bay Lake Tower, overlooking that same white-sand beach where it all began.

Instilling our love of the area in our three children has become an unexpected delight as they've grown older, witnessing them wanting to experience different aspects of Central Florida while holding on to the nostalgic memories from their youth. Lake Berkley Villa allows us to write a new chapter of adventure while we embrace the previous pages of our story. Strong in the belief that Colleen, our guardian angel is proud of what we're building and the new memories we are creating while walking alongside many fond memories.
