Gorgeous refinished terrazzo floors, freshly painted (inside and outside), beautiful furniture, and a family friendly neighborhood all makes for the perfect beach vacation. Bring your boat tie up to the dock.

Our property manager, Madison, lives close by in case of an emergency. We are always available through messenger and typically respond within 30 minutes.

This family friendly neighborhood features old Florida beach charm directly on the intracoastal. Just a short 3 minute walk (2 blocks) to beach front access, you will see people walking their dogs, riding bikes, running, and going for sunset walks. Lots of mom-and-pop style restaurants and shops within walking distance! Watch the sunrise in your backyard and the sunset at the beach, just 2 blocks away!
Have your morning coffee on the water and enjoy a waterfront BBQ on our grill.

On site parking is available for 1 car (and second car can park directly behind the first car if needed).

The unit is on the FIRST floor of a 4 unit, 2 story building on the intracostal, 2 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, 3 TVs with YouTube TV, strong WiFi, and plenty of beautiful sunshine!
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and overlooks the waters of the intracoastal, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has been completed updated.

Parking available on site. You may also want to explore by walking or bike riding. Hop on one of the free paddle boards that we provide to explore by water!

*This apartment is on the 1st floor of a 4 unit waterfront home.

*The well behaved dogs of respectful pet owners are welcome, there is a $195 fee (2 dogs max)

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

Walk to the beach in 3 minutes! We provide for you----beach chairs, beach towels & umbrellas, beach buggies, and sunscreen. Feel free use the BBQ in the backyard and take our kayaks for a ride in the intracoastal. Need more space? Rent the unit next door and open the privacy door in-between the 2 units, and sleep up to 12 people.
