Known for "BEST LOCATION". WATERFRONT HOUSE, DOCK and LIFT and the BEACH.
Private Garden Backyard, Hammock, Table, Chairs and Lounges. Walk across the street to the Beach. Stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Just ask to use the 2 BIKES. Romantics at heart will enjoy the adorable cottage and coastal living and the kids will love fishing off the dock and walking to the ice cream, candy and surf shops. Ask us for special requests and amenities, ie, food delivery, child necessities, extra bed. French Doors are so close to the water, you'll feel like you're on a yacht. Open the French doors and enjoy the sounds of birds, jumping fish, dolphins and waves. Enjoy the boats go by from the Marina. Walk to Entertainment, Restaurants, Tiki Bar, Surf shops, Water Park, Dog walk, THE KEY LIME COTTAGE in INDIAN ROCKS BEACH in The Narrows. Walk across street to VIP Restaurant, JD's Tiki Bar, Monstah Lobstah Restaurant, Sea Guilty Sports Bar and Restaurant, Crabby Bills, Cafe, PJ's Restaurant and Bar. You'll never have to get back in your car.

Host was Easy to contact and in fact reached out to us several times to make sure everything was OK and we had everything we needed. Unit was clean and everything worked as advertised. All air-conditioning and appliances were in very good working order and mostly new. One of my best stays with Vrbo. Excellent host.!!

Family getaway

The home and location was absolutely perfect . Renting the property required way more than I have ever had to do through VRBO. The owner set the ring camera alarm off on us bc we had an extra car there for a very short period of time.( just to switch cars and unload) To be honest I felt like we were watched to entire time . Like i said the home was perfext and location was amazing . We were there to relax and have family time . Our 22 yr okd son has been very sick and we needed a stressfree vacay.

Cute cottage

The key lime cottage was one of our favorite rentals.So, wonderful to be on the intercoastal and then walk to the beach one block away.My husband fished off the dock. We were able to walk around the area. Three restaurants behind the cottage with great menus. Beds comfy. We will be back next year.This is a gem of a rental.

Labor Day get away

Property is located so close to everything. We brought our boat and had a wonderful getaway. Christi was very attentive and helpful with a couple questions, and one small issue with a power surge. The only suggestion, is to update that this place does not come with a grill, and that there is no personal pool located on the premises.

Great location and the house was exactly as described. Very clean and we appreciated how well-stocked it was including being able to use the washer/dryer. The beach was very close and pretty. Would recommend!

Excellent spot and home

We were passing through and decided to stay here for a few days before our final destination. The home was as described, could see and walk to beach easily. Also, very dog friendly with the fenced yard. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home.

Very Nice Indian Rocks Beach Cottage

I took my family last minute for the 4th of July holiday, and we couldn't have been happier with the place. It's right on the water with a great dock. It's close to great restaurants, and the beach is a short walk away. The Cottage is very cute, family friendly, and comfortable. The communication with the owner was excellent. All around a great vacation spot and I highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in IRB.

Anniversary/ Birthday Getaway 2024

We had a great time! Everything was in walking distance, including beach access. The food was excellent and the sunsets were beautiful!!! This place was perfect for us, but would also be great for families too!

Spring Break

This place was perfectly peaceful and everything was just as described. From the view off the private dock to the short skip to the beach! We traveled with three teenagers and heard zero complaints! Our host was most accommodating and we truly appreciated her communication and amazing hospitality. We are definitely going to be returning and recommend this to anyone.

Perfect location. Excellent communication

The key lime cottage is a perfect cozy location to relax and have easy access to great restaurants and , the inland coastal waterway. We were able to easily use our SUP from the dock, and our dogs loves the proximity to the park only a few steps away. And easy access to the beach . The WiFi is excellent. Roku on each tv. Christi is an excellent host and communicates quickly. Would stay again .

The Key Lime Cottage was amazing. Our host was awesome!!!! Our trip was very relaxing! The view was wonderful and I would highly recommend this property! Great view, great location walking distance to great restaurants and live music.

We had a great time and loved the property. It was exactly what we were looking for, dock to fish and watch the boats. And the beach was just around the corner. Restaurants outside the front door. Easy to walk for ice cream. It was Perfect for our family.

Beautiful views all charm!!

Key Lime Cottage has so much charm and all the comforts of home. We spent. 4 days and nights, relaxed in the deck watching the birds, boats, and dolphins. Beach at Indian Rocks is always perfect. Nearby restaurants are amazing and our host was lovely, available and helpful. Will return on my next getaway.

Short walking distance to the beach/beautiful back yard view of intracoastal waterway

The cottage was lovely and very clean. Access to the beach and several restaurants was very convenient. Entertainment at one eatery across the street tended to be quite loud at times, but they did adhere to the 10:00pm - 8:00am noise ordinance. We would have appreciated better beach equipment (nicer chairs and a good beach umbrella). We wound up purchasing a couple of items for the beach that we left behind for future guests. All in all, we had a very nice stay!

A darling little waterfront cottage

We stayed in this beautifully furnished cottage for 5 weeks and loved it. Every morning we had coffee on the back patio watching herons, ducks, ibis, cormorants, landing on our private pier . Excellent location-walked to restaurants, beach grocery store and CVS. Owner very responsive, making sure everything was in working order and we were having a good time. Furniture comfortable and well stocked kitchen equipment.

Loved this little gem!

The Key Lime Cottage is absolutely adorable, and the host is AMAZING! I truly loved my stay here, and would highly recommend this rental to others! I must say that the 2nd bedroom is very small, but I did not need the space. The 2nd Bedroom is perfectly sized for a kid or two. If you need a 2nd BR for an adult, the Florida/sunroom would have been my choice over the 2nd bedroom. This cottage is beyond adorable, located right beside all the beachside restaurants, and a mere 2-3 min easy walk to the beach! My Pup and I truly loved our stay! You will too!

A wonderful stay

It was a pleasure spending a few nights at this cottage in Indian Rocks. We found the home to be very thoughtfully arranged. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of love into the home but at the same time we felt it was comfortable for us to enjoy as guests. Watching the dolphins off the dock in the morning was a real treat. The location is amazing with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We are already planning our next stay. Christi, the owner was also very responsive and easy to work with. This is how you run a vacation rental - awesome!

Key Lime Slice of Paradise!!

Great place, beautiful view and fantastic location!!! We watched the sunrise every morning and relaxed on the patio and dock. We had an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and of course ice cream whenever we wanted to venture out. We would highly recommend the cottage and look forward to visits in the future.

Can’t wait to return

Where do I start. It was a much needed month off for me. I needed to decompress. The dock and views, and sunsets afforded me the relaxation I needed. I enjoyed walking 4 min to beach each morning. I joined IRB CrossFit walking distance to property which was a HUGE PLUS…say Hi to Mel for me! I was able to work in FL ROOM daily with breathtaking views of Intracoastal. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and Christi the owner was so helpful with recommendations. Why should you book this property…extremely cozy, walking distance to beach, the dock is great, restaurants walking distance …we spent way too much time at JDs dancing and eating oysters…. Loved the crab legs at Crabby Bills and pizza at Slice! You don’t need a car much if you rent this property. My daughter from UF came for weekend and found an excuse to stay a day longer!!!!! Can’t wait to return, thank you Christi!

Water.... Eat..... Water..... Sunset

Perfect spot so close to everything 25 minute drive to John's pass. We brought our waverunners and the FREE public ramp was great just fuel up before heading over the bridge.
