This condo is Pet Friendly!! Dogs only! If you are bringing your furry friend there is an additional $100 pet fee to us and $150 per pet to the front desk along with a $100 per pet dog lead fee that is refundable when returned at check out. Please let us know prior to booking if you will be bringing your dog. Please note some breeds of canine are not permitted by the complex' HOA.

Spend your evenings relaxing on your personal balcony overlooking the pool, with the best view in Orange Beach, from Perdido Key, Florida to Gulf Shores! Come and experience true Southern hospitality, cooking, and our laid-back way of life!



This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in Phoenix on the Bay II is spectacular! The lavish custom kitchen with full-height granite backsplashes and countertops is ideal for any gathering! The unit is also equipped with a full wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker. This condo can accommodate dining for 10 and sleeps 6, with a convertible sofa and plenty of space. The master suite is spacious with an enormous master bath, complete with his/her sinks, jetted corner tub and full shower. You'll also enjoy the large utility room with full-sized washer and dryer. The building has many amenities for your enjoyment as well, including an expansive lazy river and children's splash pool, putt putt, roof top tennis and basketball courts, full gym, indoor heated pool and Jacuzzis, outdoor grills, boat slips and a lighthouse!



Local Attractions include: The Wharf and the Amphitheater at the Wharf, The Bird of Paradise Arial Tours, Florabama Lounge, LuLu's Restaurant (owned and operated by local celebrity Lucy Buffett, Jimmy's sister), Pirate's Cove (the original restaurant that Jimmy Buffett wrote 'Cheeseburger in Paradise' for), Parasailing, Dolphin Cruises, Jet-Ski rentals, beautiful nature and bicycle trails through our protected national parks, charter fishing excursions, Adventure Island, The Gulf Coast Zoo (recently featured on The Discovery Channel as The Little Zoo That Could), The Hangout, etc



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle.

Not good.

The first three (3) days the TV's did not work. One did not work the whole time. Ref. drain was stopped up so it leaked the whole time. For the money, was not worth it

Daughter’s Bday

We stayed over Labor Day…Sunday to Wednesday. Condo has an excellent view of the bay. To the 2602 unit it’s a hike from the parking deck but that’s because the balcony is very close to the bay end of the bldg. We actually cooked one night which we never do and the kitchen seemed to handle what we needed, We would stay here again. We’ll usually stay on the gulf but this bay condo scratched the itch.

Nice condo, great view!

Overall great stay. Close to elevator down to back parking. Only one dish towell and dish cloth so not really adequate. No coffee filters so take your own and own coffee. Plenty of linens and plenty of dishes if you have a larger group. Large ice maker on wetbar which came in handy because fridge one didn't work well....likely just frozen up. Love the giant tub. It has a beautiful view over marina and water. We were very comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The patio furniture was very worn needs to be replaced.the lights above stove sand under counters did not work.The tv in 2nd bedroom did not work bed worn out and the pots and pans worn so much you could not use. View was excellent and the rest of the condo was fine just needs to be checked on ever once in a while to fix s the issues.

Nice and quiet with a beautiful view

It was a family of 7 (6 adults and 1 child) plus a dog. There was enough room for everyone. The owners were prompt to answer all my questions and concerns. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. There are several charcoal pits near the pool as well. The property was easy to find. Only about a 10 minute drive to several beaches. The view from the balcony was beautiful. You can have the bay, the, pool, and even the gulf in the distance. The whole building is owned and managed by the owners so there was more of a homely feel versus a large loud resort. My family loved the pool and lazy river. Just a couple points, we may have searched on the wrong sites but you need to bring your own floats for the lazy river and there is no slide. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

A little misleading…

While the property was clean, it didn’t exactly feel “homey”. There weren’t mattress covers over box springs (literally just blue plastic mattress labels sticking out), mattresses were extremely hard, pillows were thin, thin/sterile appearing duvets, and layout of furniture does not match listing pictures. We ended up spending all of our time at a friends condo and just sleeping in our unit. So while it certainly has the basics, this condo is missing comfort at the most basic level which was disappointing for the price paid to be at a nice condo.

Beautiful area

Such a pleasant and beautiful place ! The grounds are pristine ,lazy river clean and amazing. Wonderful areas for dogs all around great experience!! The only suggestion would be better comfortable patio furniture . Had a great time !

Disappointed/ mislead

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were surprised to see that the unit had apparently not been fully cleaned upon our arrival due to the amount of glass fragments in the carpeting in the master bedroom floor found when we stepped on it and the layer of dust on the furniture in this room.We were also required/ made to pay and additional $305 when we checked in. We had paid a $100 pet fee when we made our reservations. We were later informed that fee had increased to $150, ok we expected to pay the additional $50 at check in, nope we were charged the full $150 pet fee at check in. The guard in charge of checking us in advised it was beyond his control and to stay with our pet we would have to pay the full $150 plus $100 leash deposit refundable at checkout. Plus $55 parking permit. I mean what the ****, the amount paid for rental should have at least covered me to park my car! The owner/ rental company should honor our initial rental amount and refund my initial $100 pet fee.

Great for Family and Pets

We enjoyed our stay in this condo at Phoenix on the bay 2. We loved the view of the bay as well as the pool/lazy river that our kids had a blast in. The condo was beautiful, relaxing and very clean. The only complaint we had, which was minor, was they only provided one reusable dish cloth but a drawer full of pot holders

Bay stay vacay

Loved the condo and the view was so awesome!!! Close to everything but not in the middle of all the traffic!!! The lazy River was a must and pet friendly was a savior!!!

Loved the Lazy River!

The property was great and not as busy as the beach side which we love! An extra $45 for parking is a little crazy but overall it was wonderful.
