Perfect for a couples’ getaway or a cozy spot for a small family!

This beachfront studio at Suites by the Sea is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, shopping, or hiking. Early risers can start their day with a stunning sunrise while enjoying coffee on the private balcony.

Located directly across from Lincolnville Beach and above the Maine Artisans store, this studio comfortably accommodates 2 but can sleep up to 4 guests. It features a queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa bed, plus a Smart TV with Roku. Enjoy access to Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, or log into your own streaming accounts for more options.

The studio has a full kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker for easy meal prep. After your day of exploring, unwind with a relaxing soak in the jetted tub.

Notes:

The suite is located on the second floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase (no elevator).

Being on Route 1, some traffic noise is to be expected. Watching TV, running the AC, or using the sound machine provided can help reduce the noise.

A security camera monitors the entrance hallway (serving 4 apartments), as well as the back parking lot, saltwater marsh, and beach. The Maine Artisans shop also has its own cameras.

Guests must sign a Renter’s Agreement, emailed after making your reservation. The reservation is not complete, and door codes will not be released, until the signed agreement is on file.

We really enjoyed the view of the water and the beautiful sunrises. The balcony would have been lovely if we were visiting during warmer weather. The unit was roomy and had a well stocked kitchen with cooking oils, spices, tea, coffee, pots, and dishwater. There is a washer and dryer down the hall for longer stays. Linda was a great host! You are close to Camden, Belfast and Acadia, so lots to see and do.

Parking was ok, the area around the apartment was just ok. Wi-Fi was good. Balcony was a nice sz fir 2 but looked over a parking lot then the beach. Mornings were too sunny/hot to enjoy, around noon it was nice. The beach itself was not attractive and very small. Plus no nice restaurants or stores . We enjoyed our stay but we had to drive to Camden for everything.

This property was clean with all amenities which is so helpful. The bed was so comfortable,. We had to use the sofa bed which we had to make up. We had to look for sheets which took some time, eventually I found some in a bag under a chair. They were in a clear plastic bag with 2 pillows and a blanket it was perfect. My mom was very comfortable and she said that she slept great! They also left us an awesome tote bag it was so pretty. I loved the deck that had a cute table 2 chairs to look at the ocean and people at the beach. The only problem that we had was with the tub. It is a whirlpool tub so it is very deep. Well, my mom is 81 and in good shape. She only takes baths so stepping into the tub was fine. When she was trying to get out the bars to hold onto we’re too far away they are great to grab onto for a shower. She fell trying to get up I had to help her. She was fine overall but would not take another bath. I would definitely stay there again it was a great place.

Relax with a beautiful view

The place was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space with an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. We had coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean. While the sound of passing cars do hinder the sound of the ocean, the later in the evening it gets, the more the the relaxing ocean waves come through, which makes for a great night's sleep. They even left an awesome tote bag, which my wife loves. We will definitely be returning.

My husband & I loved this place very much, it was very pretty, clean, & the view was wonderful. It was so nice to just relax at the end of the day on the balcony with the view & a drink. Linda was very nice & helpful, we appreciated her. The apartment itself was very well supplied with about everything you needed. We would definitely stay there again if up that way.

Summer trip

Absolutely love this place; very clean and exactly what everyone wrote on the reviews! Loved the beach loved the store beneath us with the pizza and subs. All the amenities in this VRBO were the best I've ever ever seen. Definetly will come back and stay here if we're in the area again thank you so much for everything, including the nice cooler bag that we took everywhere

This was our 5th trip to Maine. We usually stay in Belfast but wanted something different this year. The place was perfect, clean and had everything that you would need. Love it!!!! Thank you for the tote bag it will definitely come in handy. Promise we will be back.

Perfect Getaway for Two

Great location! Waking up to a beautul sunrise everyday. Walk to the beach is a few steps away. Great place for pizza an subs right next door. Suite has all the comforts of home. They have thought of everything. We really did not find the traffic on Route 1 to be a problem. Definitely recommend.

My stay here was perfection. The suite is comfy, cozy and cute, equipped with everything I needed and was very spacious for one. Loved the water view 24/7 - morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony watching the sunrises and sunsets. Balcony is very user friendly with privacy, cute porthole windows and an overhead light. Jet tub and electric fireplace were very special extras that really made me feel like I was on a luxurious getaway. Washer/dryer were handy. Lincolnville Beach felt like a hidden gem - just a one block little area. I was happy to find the beach is closer than appears in the photos. The traffic didn't bother me and the people coming to and from the beach and the pizza shop next door made me feel connected with the neighborhood. The block has a pizza shop/store, antique shop, artist's co-op and two sit down restaurants. I didn't go to Isleboro, but the ferry is just across the street if you want it. The suites are an easy drive to Camden, Rockland and beyond. The beach is small but fun to stroll before or after my day's adventures with benches and bathrooms and I enjoyed hearing and seeing the large amount of ducks that live in the brook. Hope to return!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful View!

Apartment on top of artisan store (check it out!). Right across the street from a great beach. Faces east so sunrise watching is perfect! Apartment was very clean and thought out. Only negative is the flight of stairs.

Great little rental

Apt on 2nd floor. Easy access from parking area, but might be difficult stairs for anyone with a disability. It was cozy, well equipped and clean. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that it's located on Rt 1 and, even after Labor Day, there is a good deal of road noise.

Cozy spot in a good location

We enjoyed our stay. The property is right across the street from the "beach" in Lincolnville, and close walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Lincolnville is a little hamlet conveniently located between Camden and Belfast. The property is cozy, comfortable, and well-kept and great for a couple. It was a very nice spot for my wife and I to stay during a getaway to coastal Maine.

This studio is located on the second floor, above the Maine Artisans’ Store and just across the street from Lincolnville Beach.
