Tropical Oasis in West Park

Cozy and quaint 571 sq ft studio guesthouse in the heart of West Park. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. The guest house is completely separate from the main house. You have two separate entrances; one facing the street, and one facing the main house.
The space
This newly renovated guest house comes with a queen size bed that has a very comfortable mattress that is capable of providing the ultimate comfort for reading, watching tv, or sleeping. The sofa bed comes with a queen sized gel mattress. You will also have access to high speed internet, a 65 inch 4K Samsung smart TV, microwave, coffee maker, blender, barbecue grill, and other amenities. The guest house also comes with separate AC and heat. There is also a window AC next to the refrigerator if you need it to be colder. Just please turn that off when not needed.
The Tropical Oasis also has Xfinity Flex. With Xfinity Flex you'll be able to stream more than 10,000 free movies and shows, access your favorite apps like Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and Hulu.
Guest access
Guests have access to the back yard and may park right in front of the door or on the grass in between the sidewalk and street.
Other things to note
Please let me know if you are bringing a pet. Their is a $40 pet fee. I like to know in advance so I can remove the rugs. Even though most dogs are potty trained, I've realized that when dogs are in unfamiliar surroundings they tend to mark their territory.
