Let us welcome you to our quiet and clean Guesthouse. Fully separate and private, with a cozy king bed, a full kitchen and laundry room. Lush garden and pool area, maintained on a daily basis. Experience a truly different stay with the perfect blend of privacy and service -- unlike many other hosts, we live on property grounds in the main house which is a traditional style bed and breakfast*, and are always reachable and available to welcome you, answer questions, or for additional housekeeping services, while still having your own privacy and space. We also offer a delicious breakfast at an affordable price every morning 8-9 am. We are perfect for working adults, couples, and friends looking for a clean, quiet, safe, and friendly place to stay. We welcome business travelers as well. There is free parking available and a host of other services and amenities you'd expect from a standard hotel, such as wifi and cable, on demand movies, shows and books, and many more . Our neighborhood is safe, and the guesthouse and property grounds are secluded and always monitored. It is possible to make an exception for *very small* pets.

Please introduce yourself and provide us with an overview of your travel purpose and plans, etc. Empty message booking requests or one-word messages will be declined!

Free parking on site. Guesthouse is fully detached from the main building and is located in a secluded area in the back yard away from the street. Large, private backyard patio with outdoor kitchen at your disposal. 750 sq/f, 1 BR with king bed and walk-in closet, large living room with sleeper couch, dining area, kitchen with large fridge and dishwasher, stylish bathroom with shower stall and laundry room with washer and dryer at your disposal. WiFi, cable TV, free movies, books, etc. The space very clean, tidy, and well furnished. Kitchen is stocked with basics and a full range of cooking necessities at the beginning of your stay.

We are in a quiet, residential area, so we recommend having a rental car or Uber/Lyft to get around. We are in a safe neighborhood for walking, but we are not really walking distance from the local attractions. Convenient location near Hollywood Beach, Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are only a short drive away, plus local attractions. We're only 7 minutes from the beach in Hollywood, and half hour from south beach, minus the noise and crowds! Sawgrass and Aventura malls are a 20 minute ride away.

OUR POLICIES AND HOUSE RULES:

-We are a long term rental with a lease. You must contact us first, wait for our reply, and discuss your needs PRIOR to making a booking request. We only accept reservations of 30 days or longer, starting on the 1st of the month and ending on the 1st of the month. We could offer a slight flexibility on this with longer reservations. Due to the fact that our minimum stay is 30 days, for safety reasons, we accept only guests who have at least one prior trip through this website and at least 1 positive review. Thanks for understanding.

- Base quote promotion is for ONE person. Price will be higher for two guests.
- The outdoor areas of the property are shared spaces
- Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
- Visitors to our property are allowed only through prior, written permission by the landlord, on a case by case basis. There is 1 visitor spot, with a sign in sheet.
- Parking available for ONE vehicle only. Free, private, and off-street.
- We strongly recommend having a car/taxi/uber if you want to get around.
- Pool and garden are shared spaces.
- No pets, kids under 12, or smoking indoors permitted.
- Marijuana use is tolerated but it must be done completely inconspicuously. You cannot bring any marijuana smell into the building, on your clothes or otherwise. Drug paraphernalia such as bongs must be stored in airtight containers while indoors.
- We do not tolerate inebriation or altered behaviors of any kind on our property.
- We require that tenants keep the apartment in very clean and neat condition. We inspect our unit once every two weeks (with 24h notice), and if it is not kept in good condition (smell, spills, stains, dirty fridge/oven/counters etc), we will have to hire a maid. You would be responsible for the costs associated with the maid and cleaning the unit properly.
- Pool hours are 9am - DUSK, pool is not heated.
- We require humidity control at all times within the apartment.
- We have a small friendly dog (15# Yorkie/Terrier mix) and outdoor cat on the property.
- WiFi and Cable TV service are complimentary. We cannot guarantee 100% availability. The building has it's own optional separate wifi and cable hookup you can purchase through Comcast or ATT at your own expense if desired.

The guess cottage was very comfortable clean it was perfect for our extended-stay the area was very safe and strategically located to the beach the stores and everything else that we need it we would definitely and probably will stay there again. The house to were available if I should need anything and it had all the amenities necessary for the extended stay

Charming Hide-Away

The hosts are were great and very communicative. The property is charming and quaint. Just slightly smaller than it appears in the photos. The house is well appointed with amenities however the internet was spotty in most of the house. (I suggested installing a signal booster) The pool area is very relaxing and added to the quaint feeling of the property with seating under the pergola, however bring mosquito repellent.

Enjoyed our month long visit

The apartment is in a great location, close to 95, beach, airport, and shopping. Had all the kitchen stuff, and anything else we needed for a one month stay, with a comfortable bed and updated bathroom. And space for us to work remotely. The pool was spotless and we really enjoyed the privacy and quiet to just sit and relax by the pool. We noticed one small problem when we first arrived and it was taken care of immediately. It was a perfect choice for us for our extended stay!!

Cozy, quiet with all the amenities of home

Wonderful experience with friendly, outgoing hosts willing to please. Excellent location not far from I 95 allowing easy access to all point in Florida. The cottage has all the amenities and comforts of home in a quiet, safe residential neighbourhood. Loved our stay and our hosts who made our stay so enjoyable. Great getaway!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights while we were in South Florida. Nice clean place. It was nice to have our own private space and the ability to make meal there so we didn't have to eat out all the time. We did not use the pool, but it was a nice addition we would have used if we had more time, but did enjoy the patio every morning for breakfast. Lubo and Arthur were great hosts. We will definitely look here next time we head to South Florida!

Great Guest Cottage with all Amenities - The property host/manager was awesome

Lubo (the property host/manager) went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. This property was exactly as described as well as in the pictures. We were provided with everything we needed in the kitchen, laundry as well as for the beach. Internet was speedy and the washer & dryer were a bonus. The guest house and pool were very clean. Very convenient to shopping and the beach was minutes away. Our dog sofia fell in love with his dog chewy. (I believe Lubo fell in love with Sofia as well). We left there making new friends and will definitely return. I would give this property 10 stars if I could.

FIRST TIME USER... WON'T BE THE LAST!

We had never used VRBO before and we loved it.. Lubo and Arthur were perfect hosts. They didn't know what to do for us. They invited us to join them for New Years Eve. They left stem ware and champagne in the room for us to celebrate. They recommened a variety of restaurants. The entire space was immaculate.The private salt water pool was totally private.Our dog loved it as well. She played with their dog. We cannot imagine ever going else where when going to Florida. We LOVED IT.

it was a country Cham feeling.

It was okay, but some train was making noises late @ night. Their host was friendly, I needed water when I entered, and I got some, they were kind enough to pick me up from airport for $15. The place was superficially clean. So I did my own detailed cleaning. It was safe and cozy, it was cold,so didnā€™t got to enjoy the pool.

Very beautiful little cottage and area!

What an amazing find! Beautiful and well kept inside, many amenities inside and beautiful pool and patio area. Bed was extremely comfortable! Fully stocked kitchen with pans, dishes, etc. Everything you could need, including a couple small food items! Shower pretty much for one, but perfect, great dual shower head and nozzle, loved the shower doors. Plenty of towels and area rugs. Very quiet area. Lubo and Arthur were around if ever needed, very wonderful hosts! Very close to the Hollywood Boardwalk. If we ever make it back down that way, we will DEFINITELY stay here again if available! Would highly recommend this little cottage if you want a nice little home away from home to stay in, that is peaceful and beautiful. Thank you both for everything!

Weekend Getaway.

My husband and I were there for a couple days to celebrate our 67th Wedding Anniversary. It was just right for the 2 of us. Very clean, comfy bed and everything one might want is available. I am somewhat handicaped and was not feeling that well, but we made the most we could and enjoyed going to one of the newer Casino's close by that they had recommended. We stayed here a total of 5 nights. Our hosts were very kind and friendly. We would stayhere again.

The apartment was clean and cozy and had been recently remodeled. The well equipped kitchen came in handy for meal preparations. The laundry facilities within the apartment were a really nice extra. There is also a new pool area and an outside cabana with all the grilling options you will need. Great AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room kept the whole place nice and cool. Conveniently located close to restaurants and Hollywood beach. Super place! We will be back.

Delightful hideaway in Hollywood/Ft Lauderdale

This cottage could not have been a better match for me. I needed a quiet and safe place, well located in Hollywood for a week-long stay where I would be on my own. Not looking for luxury - looking for clean, quiet, safe, value. This is it! I found an extremely well-equipped apartment, immaculately clean and comfortable. Very comfy king bed, nice shower, kitchen had everything - from dishes to (I'm not kidding) a waffle iron! Powerful AC and ceiling fans kept it very nice on the hottest days. Lubo and Arthur are kind, helpful, and friendly hosts. Anything I raised was dealt with immediately, but there wasn't much at all to complain about. Lubo and Arthur are right there all day, so there's no delay if you have a question. It's close to grocery stores, beaches, and restaurants, and very easy to access interstate to range further afield. I highly recommend the cottage for singles or couples looking for a nice place to stay in the Hollywood area. You'll really enjoy it.

Great location, great hosts!

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay at the cottage. We had few requests for Arthur and Lubo since we were there with a 4 years old and a 6 months old. Every time they were prompt to accommodate and we never felt we were disturbing them. It was great that they provided the park n play for my baby! We also borrowed beach chairs and umbrella! The property is nice, we enjoyed our private patio table and chairs and the tables/chairs by the pool for our happy hour ;-) The only negative point is that the sofa-bad is not very comfortable. To sleep one or 2 nights is ok but I would not recommend for longer than this for adults. For kids, it should be fine! The location is close to airport/beach/store so itā€™s very convenient ! Great spot!

We were very happy with the accommodations and had a very pleasant stay. It was located in a safe neighbourhood and was conveniently located in Hollywood. Lubo and Artur were great hosts who had suggestions on what to do and where to eat. They couldnā€™t have been more accommodating. Between greeting us on the first night until we said goodbye four days later, they were great hosts. We would certainly recommend this as a good place to stay.

Cozy little pool house. Not wheelchair accessible.

Firstly, Iā€™d like to say that Lubo wa a fabulous and attentive host, who tried very hard to make everything right, but we had to cancel our future reservation with this property. Unfortunately, the rental was marked as ā€œwheelchair accessible.ā€ It was not accessible for someone using a wheelchair indoors, or even for someone using a walker wider than two feet. The bathroom doorways were too narrow to enter. My husband helped me in and out. Lubo wanted to learn as much as possible about what could be done to make the cottage as accessible as possible. We suggested grab bars near the toilet and in the shower, as well as purchasing a threshold ramp for entering the house and going up the short curb on the driveway. Anyone who can step up 2-3 inches and can walk through the narrow doorways should be fine. I really encourage anyone who can physically stay there to do so. The hosts will make it worth your while.

A Great Place To Stay!

We had a wonderful 9-night stay at this property! Lubo and Artur were extremely welcoming, and the property itself was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. They made sure that many necessary items, such as paper products, dish soap, etc., were provided. If we required something else, they graciously loaned us what was needed, such as beach towels. The beautiful pool area was an additional bonus. It was also nice joining Lubo and Artur for breakfast on two mornings. It gave us a chance to get to know each other better. As a result, we left feeling like we had made two new friends. We would love to stay here again in the future! Judi and Marv F.
