Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the quiet and clean space, as well as the convenient setup and communication. We appreciate your note about the temperature control and extra blankets—we’ll make sure to address this to improve future stays. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad the location worked well for your plans and that our communication was helpful. We personally assisted with adjusting your reservation so you could check out early and issued a refund for the issues you experienced. Given the home is in a rural area, as stated in the listing, the road can be darker than expected. Your suggestion for motion‑sensor lighting is appreciated and will be passed along to our maintenance team. As noted in the listing, this is an older home and some flooring is uneven, though it remains fully functional and safe. Recent patchwork has been addressed, and the ceiling is structurally sound. We’ll also have our team evaluate whether the sofa needs a professional steam cleaning. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the water; the well pump breaker had tripped, and we provided instructions as soon as the cause was identified. This can commonly happen in any home and we were glad it was an easy fix during your stay. Pest and animal control have since treated the property in addition to their regularly scheduled visits. While occasional pest sightings can occur in rural areas during this season, we understand how unsettling that must have been, of course. We thank you for notifying us to this. Thank you again for your feedback and for acknowledging the partial refund. We’re committed to improving the guest experience and appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.

Thank you Charleen for you feedback and wonderful review! It truly was a pleasure hosting you. We'd love to have you back any time. Thank you for your kind words.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the home was clean and bug-free. We appreciate you bringing the broken blinds to our attention, and we will address that issue. While we've never received a complaint about the lack of a cover on the front door window, we will certainly consider your recommendation. Regarding the outside light, our check-in time is at 4 PM, which is typically during daylight hours, but we appreciate your suggestion and will look into it for future guests. Thank you for your insights, and we hope to have the opportunity to improve your experience in the future!

Bobby, thank you so much for the fantastic and detailed review! We sincerely appreciate all of your feedback you've provided us. We are working diligently on the internet and will have a faster connection shortly! Thank you for your note about the nearby road and concern over your dog. Again, it was such a pleasure having you and we hope to host you again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely disappointed to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations and that you would not recommend us. We appreciate your compliments on the spaciousness and comfort of the beds, as well as the updates in the kitchen and bath. We apologize for the issues you encountered, including the smell, the condition of the floors, and the flood under the sink. We were unaware of any smell and haven’t received prior complaints, so we’re not sure what that could have been. We understand that the leaking water was only apparent during use, and we regret that we couldn’t secure a handyman until the following day due to after-hours emergency scheduling. Please know that we worked as quickly and diligently as possible to address the issue, and we credited you for the entire night's stay for this unforeseen inconvenience. The cleanliness of the kitchen trash can is also not up to our standards, and we’ll ensure that our cleaning team pays closer attention to these details. We value your input and see the potential in our home, and we’re committed to making improvements. Thank you for your insights, and we hope to have the chance to provide a better experience in the future.
