Bailey contacted me on June 17 regarding a stopped-up toilet. I immediately called my plumber to assess and resolve the issue. Upon arrival, he found the toilet filled with paper towels and wet wipes. He also noted that there were visible stacks of both in the living room. In response, Bailey told me they kept the bathroom door locked from the inside I would assume this would be to prevent their child from entering unsupervised. Despite that, the plumber had to remove the toilet and ultimately cut the drain from underneath to extract a significant amount of wipes and paper towels. The repair took two full days. Even after providing a discount, the final bill came to $720. I shared the plumber’s findings with Bailey as a matter of transparency, not accusation. Unfortunately, she responded with inappropriate and offensive language. Because I had to retain her $300 deposit—which didn’t come close to covering the cost of repairs—she later retaliated by leaving a one-star review. This rating is completely inconsistent with the overwhelmingly positive feedback I’ve received from other guests.
