*Parking & Vehicle Restrictions:
The Golf Villa community maintains some parking restrictions: Trucks, commercial vehicles, pickup trucks, campers, mobile homes, motor homes, boats, motorcycles, house trailers, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are not permitted to be parked anywhere on the premises.

We have stayed in several units by various owners in PGA and Carmel was by far the best host with the best unit of any. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The unit itself was beautifully renovated and extremely comfortable. We just felt happy being inside. There was a tremendous amount of natural light. And the size of the 2 bedroom unit in this neighborhood was extra spacious. We loved it! And hope to stay there again.

We had the best time staying at Carmel’s place. The place was gorgeous, excellent location, amazing communication. We loved the little holiday touches and the thoughtful welcome note. We will be back.

Cute, clean, and cozy

We had a wonderful stay in Palm Beach Gardens! The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family of four. The owners were warm, welcoming, and very informative, which made everything so easy. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the golf course where our son played in a tournament. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again!

lovely in every way

this unit was fabulous! completely renovated and updated with beautiful finishes. conveniently located on the ground floor and corner unit with wrap around screened in porch. unit is also well equipped with everything from laundry detergent, saran wrap, soaps, shampoos, and everything you can think of. carmel was a pleasure to communicate with and left a sweet welcome gift upon arrival. highly recommend this gem!

This is one of 5 fully furnished short and long-term rental properties that we own & manage here in PBG. Each unit has its unique style while being renovated with consistent high quality and luxury in mind. Our singular goal is to provide "An exquisite experience for the discerning traveler".

We love all that this location has to offer. So many golf courses (public and private); tennis & pickleball; beautiful walks along our stunning beaches; exquisite restaurants (the photo was taken at one of our favorites on the Intracoastal Waterway!); shopping galore; so many activities for families, etc.,etc..

We have had the pleasure of hosting wonderful guests from near and far. Our vacationers have travelled from as far away as Sydney, Australia and London, England! Some came for baseball training and some to visit family. We welcome so many of our guests who love to escape colder climates for Florida's beautiful winter warmth and sunshine. And then, our local guests have found our properties to be the perfect refuge when displaced by their own home building, renovation, or relocation plans.

Whatever your reason to visit Palm Beach Gardens, if modern relaxing luxury is your goal, you have found that property! No ifs, ands, or putts!
