Perfect little cabin for 2 people. We enjoyed the hot tub, bathrobes provided, fire pit, beautiful Mountain View’s and peaceful location. The road to the cabin is a bit steep, but just go slow. The cabin is located between Bryson City, Cherokee, Dillsboro and Sylvia giving plenty of options for activities, shopping and dining. It’s a perfect gem for couples.

Very nice mountain retreat to get away and unwind. Loved exploring Sylva and playing golf in the surrounding area!

This place was absolutely beautiful and very,very clean. Had absolutely everything you needed and more. Thot of everything to make a beautiful home away from home. Even had a container of doggie treats I was very impressed with the clean porch. Not a web or dirt anywhere!!! Top notch place to stay for sureThx againTammy/John

Very clean and comfy!! We enjoyed our stay tremendously!! It has a beautiful view from the front porch-excellent spot for R&R. My husband loved the hot tub. And the fire pit area is wonderful. 5 Stars from us!!!

Cabin was everything we could've asked for. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub was amazing and the kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed. We had a great relaxing time as well as our furbaby.

Just book this cabin, you won't regret it! This cabin was so nice and clean!! Probably one of the best we have stayed in. It had everything that we needed and more. My husband and I loved this cabin. It is the perfect size for two. We loved the hot tub. The washer/dryer was a nice. The road getting to the cabin was not bad at all. We have a AWD and had no trouble at all. We just loved everything about it!!

The beautifuly decorated and well supplied cabin offered a peaceful hillside setting with few nearby neighbors. However, the steep and long graveled driveway and challenging porch steps maybe difficult for guest with mobility concerns. The hot tub lacked privacy and the TV was difficult to navigate for technically challenged guest and it kept shutting down and had to be reset. Overall it a nice quite stay.

Hot Cocoa was a wonderful place to stay! It checked all of the boxes on excellence and comfort. The porch was our favorite spot to start and end our days! Chuck and Sandy have an amazing property and are top notch hosts making sure your stay is perfect in any and all ways! 10/10 highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary. The Hot Cocoa cabin was perfect. It rained the majority of the time but we didn’t mind because the cabin was so cozy. We loved the hot tub & the goldfish pond. Sandy & Charles are wonderful host & very communicative. Thank you so much we will be back.

Cabin was clean and fresh. High quality kitchen utensils. Bed very comfortable. Front porch is great, sitting in morning sipping coffee or relaxing in hot tub. Fire pit chairs very comfortable for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. We will ve back for sure !

Perfect place for us. Great location. Just far enough away to feel secluded and yet close enough to many things around. The cabin was just as shown and was very clean. Host was very accomodating. We plan on coming back.

Our weekend away for our anniversary was perfect. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Really everything about it was wonderful from the coziness of the cabin to the location. We’ll definitely recommend this place to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights in this comfy cozy mountain cabin. The deck was wonderful … we ate a couple breakfasts and dinner one night enjoying the outdoor dining, plus spent one afternoon simply relaxing before we headed home. The cabin was very clean and we found everything we needed on hand. Thank you to our hosts for sharing your mountain retreat. PS. The gravel road did give us pause the first time, but we had absolutely no issue trekking up that hill.

The cabin was great. The fire pit and the John boat full of frogs was nice as well. The Italian restaurant Pasqualino’s was also very delicious.
