Bedroom #3 has two full beds and is connected to Bedroom # 4 with two twin beds - they share a bathroom and are located on the second floor. Bedroom #5 has a queen bed on the main floor. For additional accommodations, there is a 4th full bathroom in the basement family room and an oversized outdoor shower off the patio.

Wianno House is sunny and spacious with a seamless indoor/outdoor flow and any number of areas for family and friends to gather. The vaulted ceiling chef’s kitchen boasts a center island, professional grade appliances including 2 dishwashers, separate ice maker, large kitchen pantry, and countertop seating…everything for vacationers that love to cook together. The adjacent dining area seats 10.

Two sets of French doors off the kitchen open onto the large screened in porch – ideal for lounging and cocktail hour. Beyond the porch is the large level backyard with mature plantings offering lots of privacy. The backyard features a large outdoor dining table, fire pit, gas grill and an oversized outdoor shower for rinsing sandy toes and showering under the stars.

The generous living area on the main floor has a large HD television (connected to your favorite streaming services), comfortable seating and an antique game table for puzzles and game nights. The main floor also has a private office and powder room.

One of the highlights of this wonderful home is the large, bright basement & recreation room. After a day at the beach, enjoy a round of pool or darts.
