Kitchen & Den: The spacious kitchen beckons socialization, featuring Viking appliances and a wet bar. Enjoy the cozy den ambiance while watching TV, creating a perfect spot to mingle while preparing delightful meals.
Dining Room: Entertain in style in the dining room adorned with Palm Springs charm. Abundant seating surrounds a spacious table, providing a perfect setting for family feasts or intimate gatherings. Adjacent to a lush statement wall, your dining moments are framed by a touch of nature.
Outdoor Haven: Escape to the large private pool with a tanning shelf or enjoy lawn games amidst beautiful bougainvillea. Watch the moon rise over the mountains from the spa or share stories around the outdoor fire pits. The patio offers various seating options, outdoor dining, an outdoor shower, and a fire feature, creating the perfect relaxing ambiance.
Bedrooms: Four stylish bedrooms await, with two on each side of the home. Each side boasts a primary ensuite, guest bedroom, and a separate bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
Outdoor Spaces: Immerse yourself in the charm of our outdoor haven. Lounge on the tanning shelf, play lawn games, or unwind under the moonlight by the spa. The patio invites you to enjoy various seating options, al fresco dining, an outdoor shower, and the warmth of two fire pits.
Location: Del Sol's prime location in exclusive Las Palmas offers proximity to downtown, restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails. Explore all that Palm Springs has to offer while knowing your serene retreat awaits.

- No garage access. -Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs). - Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability. - - Pool Heating fee $125 per day, $875 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal) - Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay. You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills. - Security cameras located on exterior of property - Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional. - Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.

Fantastic Spacious Property
A group of us meet up for a yearly trip in Palm Springs, and we usually go for a more mid-century vibe. However, this year our group was a little bigger, so we saw this size of this and thought we would give it a try. It was perfect for our group of 8. The house is beautiful and wonderfully laid out, and the pool/jacuzzi is heaven. Great spaces for gathering in the house and outside. We are so glad we went with this home.Kitchen was well stocked, property manager was responsive, and we had no issues at all during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

The house is terrific. It is stocked with all the basics you need (laundry pods, dishwasher pods, spices, rolls of paper towels, bath products). A large grocery store is about a mile away. Very convenient to the heart of Palm Springs, too. The layout gives each bedroom its own bathroom, and the split style with two bedrooms on each side adds to the privacy. The pool is sunny all day. If you are traveling outside of the summer, the heated pool option is a must. Communication was excellent with the entire team at Oasis. Joe was personable at check-in as well.

B-day Getaway House
Booked this great home for a b-day getaway. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, the only way it would work for us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom.The pool was where we hung out the most and the tanning shelf with the two chaises was a coveted spot though out the day. The outdoor shower though a bit old was a nice place to freshen up after pool time.There were a couple things not working when we got there but management took care of them quickly.Fully stocked kitchen and a great washer and dryer made the stay that much more comfortable and complete.One of my favorite neighborhoods in PS is right where the house was located-Old Las Palmas. Quiet, clean and surrounded by amazing homes and estates. We joked that everywhere we wanted to drive to was 10 minutes or less away!Great home for my b-day festivities and would stay there again!
