Preparing and gathering for meals will be a breeze with a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of seating options with a cheery breakfast nook, a large glass dining table, and an outdoor dining area.
Sun-kissed and sleepy from a day of play, rest will come easy when it is time to say goodnight. The property sleeps 8 adults comfortably with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house, and a detached casita with ensuite bath.
The primary bedroom, casita, and south guest bedroom all feature king-size beds, while the north guest bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into two extra-long twin beds. The living room also has a sofa that converts to a bed, and the casita has a sofa that folds out to a bed that would easily accommodate a child.
If you do decide to venture out, the property is conveniently located between downtown Palm Springs and South Palm Springs where you can find some of the deserts best shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Occupancy limits of 4 cars, 12 daytime guests in total, 8 overnight, STRICTLY enforced. Quiet hours (no pool play, indoor voices only, etc.) between 10 pm and 10 am are strictly enforced. Long-Term Rentals Welcome!
No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TVs, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am.
Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.
Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON
Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.
Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit
For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
