Take advantage of the full size gas burner stove top and cook up your favorite meals using the provided kitchen utensils! Also included is a toaster, blender, and microwave giving you everything you could need while on your vacation! The kitchen also features basic seasonings, oils, and dishware for your convenience. Take advantage of the provided coffee station and start your day off right with a cup of joe! The oversized kitchen island provides plenty of cooking space to prepare a big feast! Serve up your creative cooking creations on the spacious wood dining table that seats 6 comfortably or on the oversized kitchen island that seats 4!

Located downstairs is the first private BR that has an oh so comfortable queen bed for you to get a great nights rest on! Right down the hall is the convenient half bathroom, great to start your day in before hitting the city! As you make your way upstairs, you are greeted with the designated workspace for those who like to get work done while on the go! If you're looking for at-home entertainment, you'll find it in the upstairs game room with a smart TV and ping pong table! The second BR features two luxurious queen beds where you can watch TV from the comfort of your mattress! This BR also includes an attached spacious bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate bath tub! Pamper yourself in style! The third BR has an full bed as well as a twin bed to accommodate multiple guests. After a long day of exploring the city, unwind while watching your favorite shows on the provided TV! The fourth BR features the same layout with a full bed, twin bed, and smart TV! The shared jack and jill style bathroom is convenient for multiple people to get ready at once! The fifth BR is private and includes a king bed and TV, as well as a private bathroom! Take advantage of all our bedroom space and make this home your next getaway spot!

This home has a two car garage and a four car driveway, additional parking can be found on the curb. Please DO NOT block the neighbor's driveway or park in front of their homes as there may be fines and possible towing for parking violations.
You will have complete private access to the house, backyard, and garage. The only areas of the house that are off-limits are attics and the supply closet.
The laundry room is fully and easily accessible for all your laundry needs.

Located only a few miles away from downtown Dallas, ride-share apps are cheaper due to its close proximity to the city!

Unauthorized parties are not allowed at my property - this includes open invite parties or events primarily after 11:00 pm. Certain events such as wedding-related events, dinners, work events, family gatherings, or wedding/baby showers are allowed, but these must be approved before your reservation.

Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine for each occurrence. Please follow the rules to make your stay as enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

Three House rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
